Any tips on staying /fit/ for an anon who just started working in a corporate environment? I've been lifting at 6AM before heading to work but I've had to cut back on my routine a bit to make it in at 8AM and drinking a ton of water in the office. Would like any input on things that might be helpful from older anons.

Almost everyone eats out in a corporate office, and if it's a big one the big dogs usually pay. I'm not talking Arby's either. Great food that's bad for you. It's extremely easy to gain a ton of weight in this kind of environment, I've seen it happen.

i'm an obese powerlifter, who was trying to do judo for a bit of conditioning on my days off. I weight 230 lbs. I was taking it easy, etc, getting beat red, almost puking, having fun. Anyway, i'm a white belt dude, and i finally got a sparring brown belt sparring partner with a comparable mass (220) lbs. He was a solid 4 inches taller than me, didn't look nearly as fat as myself.

I broke his shoulder. Fuck this sport, it just doesn't attract robust people. I'm going back to boxing, i did it years ago during the crash at 170 lbs, even though my conditioning and body type is absolute shit for it. At least I can beat on robust minorities, rather than squishy programmers.

Nah, its depressing. If i go more than 50% with anyone its just stupid. They try to do a throw, i "suplex" (not a real suplex, just a back throw). If they do nothing, i just double interior grip and arm throw them. They know its coming but i have no problem tossing them.

That is why I was happy to deal with someone of my size, but he turned out to be a bitch. At least boxing has robust people who can whoop me fair and square.

I'm trying to gain weight and I've been using a magic bullet blender to make smoothies but the problem is it's really small and can only fit a limited amount of ingredients and i don't wanna just make 2.

What's a good blender that i should get that can hold a decent amount of stuff but also isn't a bitch to clean. Also any good recipes??

Vintage Osterizer blenders are literally the best fucking blenders you can get without spending $300. Nearly every house in America still has one that is 30-40 years old and it still fucking works fine. They blend shit really well, and are easy as fuck to clean. Just rinse it immediately after use, put in a cup of water with a splash of dish liquid, blend, and rinse.

I have the Magic Bullet. It's a good blender, but the one I have cuts off if I keep it running from more than 10 seconds. I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that or not, if not, then the one I have is probably wore out.

yoga is god-tier, if you don't do it you're just missing out on mobility gainz. I personally believe that getting more flexible is 50% loosening the muscle, and 50% mind-body connection, and I'm not a hippie energy-crystal kind of guy.

A year ago I could barely reach my ankles, and now I can bring my wrists to the floor with straight legs pretty easily. It's not like my hamstrings are any looser, I just learned how to properly engage (i.e. "breathe into") my lower back to activate the stretch.

plus the classes have lots of qt3.14s
