I relapsed last night and smoked like 5 cigarettes. I was out at the bar with my Buddha bros. We hit a few dabs at the house first, then hot boxed a blunt in the car on the way to the bar. Then I start chugging beer at the bar and got cross faded. We were having a great time and this insanely hot girl in a dress was there I spilled spaghetti everywhere. Then after 7 whole days of NoCig my dumb ass starts smoking cigarettes. They're so good but so bad, Jesus H Christ. I woke up this morning with stuffed sinuses and a dry throat. How do I combat this evil plant /fit/? I'm going to go clean my sinuses with a neti pot now. Fucking shit mane.

The point of the joke OP is that you are using them as a distraction to your many faults ans failures. Where I live you can get high quality multivitamin from pharmacy for cheap over the counter. So I bought it and the dosage said like one pill but that was for normies (people who don't work out). I couldn't figure out how much should I take so I just took like 5 pills and took them at once. I felt like I had a lot of energy like I went and lifted and on every exercise felt like I could do another set easy. Was it the vitamins? Or am I not pushing my self. I never felt like this before.
