Any secret tips I should know that aren't already in the basic internet read ups.
Gunning for ottermode.

-Gonna cut carbs even further, and only consume post gym if necessary.
-swap 10km runs for HIIT
-more supersets/less rests/more reps
-Cutting alcohol is nearly impossible, bartender/alcoholic/socialite, but gonna swap to gin & soda's, whisky.

What do you do when you're unable to sleep, in order to prevent compromising gains?

>10 mg melatonin
>50 mg gravol
>325 mg tylenol

I'm pretty sure I have some sort of disorder that prevents me from sleeping. Have been unable to sleep normally for years. Before smoking chronic would help. Now I need large doses of even og shit to sleep. Too broke to see doctor. This is the cheapest option for me.

Jack off if I haven't in a while(seriously, if I go a week or so without jacking off, just forgetting about it, I will have trouble getting more than like 6 hours of sleep, remember to expell your cummies).
Exhaust myself.
Pretend I'm a firefighter or in the military and need to sleep.

I was on them for almost 10 years and they are the work of the devil. You feel "better" in the sense that your mood is a constant 5/10 but that comes at a cost - you can no longer feel truly happy or sad much like a robot. You also won't experience other emotions as well.

Getting off of them was a bitch - the Wellbutrin withdrawal made me feel like I had a constant mild flu and Effexor gave me brain zaps, intense panic attacks, and a minor seizure. The total withdrawal time for both was about 3 months of hell. I don't regret biting the bullet and getting off of those fucking things though.

Felt pretty good, as pathetic as it may sound. Wasnt really trying to impress anyone, just have some laughs, and I acomplished that flawlessly. Today, I awoke feeling extremly sore, specially on my triceps, chest, shoulders and back. Dont care, felt good. Good feels thread /fit/

As a side note, how do I get that back? I need to improve my back.

There's a Planet Fitness in my area that I've never been to before. I wouldn't mind being banned from that place for life, how should I go about doing so?

My current plan:
>Walk in and ask for a free trial, wear normal clothes at first
>Go to locker room, change into tiny string tank-top but keep hoody over it
>Walk to Smith Machine, load four plates on its lowest setting
>Tear off hoody, revealing gainz
>Yell at nearest person "watch this, fatass!"
>Deadlift 405 for reps
>Scream at the top of my lungs doing so
>Finish and then throw a 30lb dumbell at a wall
>Grab gym bag from beside Smith Machine and sprint out, never to return.

How likely is it I could get in legal trouble?
