Generally speaking, you shouldn't "hop" routines every month; give them at least three months, no more than six (definitively drop SS or whatever you're following after six months MAX of CONSISTENT training)

Just got done watching a film on Netflix called 'The Perfect Physique', and something that one of the guy's said is that if you want to mimic heavy weight training then you can use a light weight really slow and it's as if you're using 3x the weight. Does /fit/ have any experience with this?

Mechanical tension is a major factor in building muscle. Also slow twitch fibers don't grow was much as fast twitch. Going faster with more weight will build more muscle, but if you dont have access to that, i guess go light and slow

I have one month to look presentable and Im desperate to lose as much fat as possible,even if I have to stay off my favorite foods, I dont want to go out because Im skinny fat so I want to do my workout at my room.

Is training to muscle fatigue the fastest way to lose fat? I have a skipping rope too so I can do it in my room.

Im planning to workout 6 times a week up to two hours a day and with a low calorie diet,I currently weigh 180 lbs skinnyfat and I want to get down to 140 lbs at least within a month, doable?
