I have heard bro splits aren't great for naturals because you're only hitting a muscle group once per week. Currently doing PPL but I don't feel like I can incorporate enough volume for my chest into the push day.

Rate my routine, /fit/. Hits each muscle group once per week, and an additional time per week with a minor focus. I find it helps me to only hit once per week rather than twice.

You've been sized up wrong. You're either gunna have to reset, not squat for a month and use a smaller plug, or push through and use the larger one straight up. Be warned though, if you start larger you have to keep scaling it up every few months, otherwise you become too loose to keep it in.

I would like to get into rowing and kayaking and that kind of shit. Hiking would be cool. Too bad I live in a landlocked suburb. I could kayak on the reservoirs but I don't really have the equipment or the means to transport it.

Would also like to learn boxing or karate but just don't have the energy between work and working out.

I used to play video games all the time but I've lost all interest in them. Same with TV/Netflix save a handful of shows.
