i eat clean(-ish), do 50 pushups a day, a few planks and a few supermans. i also run for 30 mins 3-4 times a week. no monies for a gym since i am a poorfag

Why go to the gym when you can go to the holodeck and create crazy martial arts movie style training scenarios and then fighting progressively stronger hordes of people.
You can fight start with children and old women, before moving your way up to random dudes, then thugs, then martial artists, then Klingons.

Okay /fit/, I've had this problem for the longest time and it's starting to eat me alive. Before I start, I should note I'm currently overweight, but even when I wasn't I still had the issue.

So basically any time I lift or run/ get my heart rate up, my dick just shrivels up to an acorn. It's average size, but this gets so fucking annoying when I have to keep pulling it out every 10 seconds. I basically can even work out in a gym for fear of everybody getting weirded out (and they do) of my noticeable acorn sticking out.
I should note I'm also 6"2 and I draw a lot of attention because of my stature.

Does anybody else have this problem? It's like all blood leaves my dick completely and it just becomes this pale white bang dick. Super depressing.

No, but it makes working out incredibly embarrassing because gym bros don't respect me when they spot it, and I obviously can't just keep tugging on my dick in the gym with my sweaty balls and what not. It's a nightmare I tell you.

I'm on a pretty strict diet. Only 1k calories a day but there are some exceptions. I don't count beer or cheese and I consume a ton of that. Haven't made much progress even though I'm eating less calories than a fucking 100 lb women.

Bent over rows never feel right for me. I constantly adjust the angle I'm standing at but it never feels like it's a good exercise. Definitely doing something wrong.
