I literally here so many people say 'protein powder is just bad for you and inst real protein' It's actually the most annoying thing when they expect you to scientifically validate why it works, anyone else have an experience like this before, even had a guy say creatine causes cancer....

I work here. GOAT summer job as an 18 year old. Gym for morning shift and internship after lunch until 9. Rinse and repeat.

I really need this job. Haven't worked in forever, got a job for the city cleaning up the various parks around town. Lots of time cutting grass, lots of time baking in the sun. First day yesterday has left me with battle-wounds.

>Mild chafing on inner thighs from sweating my balls off cutting grass in the sun.

Any home-remedies for this shit? Please help, I feel great that I'm working again and getting sun gains but today is going to be fucking miserable if I don't give my body some tlc.

I'm 6'1 223 pounds down from 339. I've been doing SS since February with reasonable progress but I've hit a wall and nothing is working for progression. Should I move on to a routine or wait until I can do a proper bulk when I'm lean? My lifts are all as follows 3x5

For what. You got your answer. You can't do the SS program on a cut and Rows aren't a main lift. You should be doing power cleans and pullups/chinups.

whats the largest realistic arm size you can attain doing only compound lifts? is it possible to have a bicep that separates like a huge ball on your arm or do you NEED isolation exercies to do that?

Well chin-ups and dips are compounds with great focus on Bis and Tris respectively they can be great excercise if you use a weight belt to increase resistance. If you incoperate those depending on frame on genetics you can get huge arms.
