Dear fellow /fit/izens

I need your help.
I have had a weird pain in my right shoulder for around 10 days.

Today I was benching and I really felt the uneasiness. The pain is located as shown in pic related, in the front, middle part of the shoulder.

I know its a bit of a vague description but what could this be? Any of you ever had this problem?

A friend of mine suggested that it might be a knot that would go away with a massage.
Help a bro in need.

It's a rotator cuff issue, most likely. Benching is bad for your shoulders even with careful form. Stop it for two or three weeks, try again, see what happens. If you fuck up your shoulders don't say you weren't warned, and it's a fucking shitty injury to have

It's up to you, but I wouldn't fuck around with shoulder or knee pain. They're delicate, they're a bitch to recover, and they involve pretty much any lift you can do.

Alright bros I need help. I've unfortunately gained 40lbs (160lbs - 200lbs) since last summer and I'm struggling to function. I'm pretty much always tired, and unmotivated nowadays. What do I do?

I was doing reverse flys and snapped my shit up. I heard a pop in my rotator cuff area on my left side. Pretty sure it's a sprain. Now it's tender and makes crunchy noises if I move it.

Anyone with experience treating it? I'm gonna put an ice pack on it and stop lifting until it feels better. How long until I should start lifting again/how long did it take you to recover. Should I do some mobility stretches in a few weeks? Should I just amputate and get a robot arm?

Also done with reverse flys.

It's probably popping because something is swollen/inflamed. It will go down over time and the pain will ease.

Just take a week or two off completely, then try returning at 50%.. if you're ok, then work back up to normal over a month. If not, then take another week or two off.

Sucks, but you can always do leg days.

Anyone have advice on making routines for women? Pic related is a routine I made for my GF. She’s been training for about a year and a half now. She says that she wants to work on her lower body more and increase her squat, but power lifting is not her goal or intention. She has a pretty decent bench for a girl already so I have here alternating bench with incline DB press week to week. My idea was to have day C be like a conditioning day where she could work on athleticism and break up the monotony. Once she fails on 3x5 for squat and bench I have her switching to 1x5.

She tends to store fat in her arms/upper body more so than lower body so I don’t have her directly hitting tri’s and bi’s.

Did I miss any body parts? Should I think about including anything else? What are other anon’s experiences with women’s NATTY lifting? Should I secretly inject here with HGH to make her T H I C C. Should I crush up Anavar and put it in her food?
