Lifting again after some time off but everything is uneven now. After some injuries, I can bicep curl more with my left arm, but wrist curl more with my right.
Should I lift the same amount with each arm even if one arm is stronger? Or should I push each arm to lift it's max?

Fat fuck here, so I decided to lose weight because I'm tired of how my life is and I decided to change since I don't want to die young. Thing is after entering a plan in my fitness pal I have to meet a threshold of 1500 calories a day. I'm poor as shit so I was wondering if any of you here can lend me a guiding hand and give some suggestions.

If you're really that fat, then eat 1500 calories a day is likely half of your normal intake, and thus is unsustainable and retarded.
What does being poor have to do with eating less. In reality, the cheapest foods in terms of total nutrition usually have enough calories to keep you under 130$ a month, even in California.
If you're not retarder, then you can make healthy, tasty food for 100$ (considering you don't /365DaysOfFat/ and go on a crash diet for three weeks then quit forever, and instead eat 2000-2200 cal per day).
So I've been working out since february now and making pretty good progress. I do a PPL routine, and started deadlifting recently, and got a question
Should I be deadlifting on pull day or leg day? Doesnt it primarily work out your legs?

while the dead is actually a pull, keep in mind two things:
1. if you really want to fuck your legs up (particularly your posterior chain), do deads on leg day (squats first, accessory shit then deads)
2. if you are doing deads on pull day, perhaps do them first to get the most out of your grip, or do them last to train the weakest point (eventually it will be your grip)
or you can set aside a day specifically for certain movements. in my routine i have a day for deads, strict form standing military press, and then romanians for that day's workout
I would say pull day. You really, really don't want to do squats and deadlifts on the same day since they're both big posterior chain exercises. I know /fit/ hates rest, and that it's for pussies, but you don't want to enter snap-city.
