Basic bodyweight shit at home. Pushups, pullups, hanging leg raises, planks and maybe throw in some curls and delt raises if you have dumbbells. The hardest part is probably cutting down to low enough body fat % for those abs.

I need some tips on how to improve my bench now that I'm no longer a skinny faggot that doesn't eat enough (hopefully I can get to 2 pl8s by the end of the year)

some q's:
does volume help a lot with bench?
if so, would doing a bunch of pushups a day (eg 200-300) carry over to my bench? and if not are there other good lifts that would carry over to benching if done frequently? or is it best to just do high volume benching?
how frequently/intensely should I bench if I choose to prioritize it (doing 2x a week, currently)?
how do I reconcile trying all the variations of bench (floor, decline, incline, etc.) with driving progression in the main lift?
and lastly, does bench carry over to the press? how about the other way around? I'm just curious bc I'd like to see my press go up to 1.5 pl8s but I'm already struggling to do more than a pl8 for 5 reps

bench has always lagged behind the other lifts but now that I'm making an effort to eat more and get good sleep I'm seeing gains again, so thanks for any insight you guys may have

Ok, so I'm a lanklet, like 6'5", but I do have a decent insertion for my claves, mid point of my legs, but they are sticks.

I can squat 315 ass to the grass, and do paused reps with 225. That's not strong, but keep in mind my distance. I have decent thigh development and decent glutes.

My Calves however are horrid. I look like a chicken or horse legs.

So I have added in Calf training 3 x a week.

I use the standing calve press, as much weight on the stack as I can for sets of 20 reps, deep stretch at the bottom.

Same for seat calf raises.

I do this 2x a week.

The 3rd I use a leg press, and do 3 more 20 rep sets with my feet on the edge.

I do get Doms in my calves, but my feet.... holy hell my feet hurt. The bottom underside of my feet. The tendon gets inflamed and it hurts to walk or stand.

How do I train my calves and save my foot tendons?

I get plenty of potassium. I eat baked potatoes with skin all the time. I also eat Bananas with my lunch.

Poweraide drink too regularly contains it.

Eating 4000 cals a day, in 6 meals, due to high metabolism and my height. Trust me, I get in lots of potassium and everything else.

This is a training issue I am sure, just not sure how to approach it.

I'm absolutally pissed. I got banned from the gym. AGAIN! When I entered the gym for the first time in a week I was greeted with just smiles and from the gym goers and the employes there, like usual. But the smiles didn't last for long. Not long after people avoided me like the plague, which I didn't notice at first. I thought they just admired my alpha male physique like they usually do. I went to the squat rack to do some meditation, I felt like I needed to because I had skipped Brain Day for the past week. As I'm meditating, I can feel a set of eyes gazing at me, I stop my meditation and look behind my left deltoid, and right behind me the 7'2 gym alpha stands and looks me in my eyes. I stand up on my toes to match his height, but he's still a 3 feet taller than I am so I flex my traps aswell so I look like a watermelon salesman. He procedes to back off about an inch from me. He must have been intimitated. I ask him in my deepest voice what he wants. He doesn't reply, but he still has a steady eye on me. Right as I go back to meditating he asks me; "Lost weight, faggot?". I say "n-no" . He reminds me that it's muscle inspection day for everyone at the gym. I tell him that I don't need to do the inspection. That was a big mistake. He drags me to the middle of the gym, yelling at the top of his lungs "SOMEONE SKIPPED INSPECTION" as all the people in the gym looks upon me as the gym alpha holds me in the air with just one hand. They must be mirin' me as I'm dangling in the air. The gym alpha throws me on the floor, and open up his bag, taking out his muscle measuring tools. I tell him "I don't need to be inspected, I got muscle". He doesn't listen. He uses his muscle tools on me and after 10 minutes the results are in. Turns out I didn't meet the requierements for the gyms muscle to fat ratio standard. And thats how I got banned from the gym.
