I have been into body building for quite some time. I have done a couple of shows and I do enjoy the sport but the integrity and standard of the sport is slowly going down the shitter because of all these ham planets and SJW bullshit.
I don't care if you were 30000000lbs and stepped on stage and looked like shit (pic related). The sport has a standard and a level of integrity and it must be kept at the highest. Lift heavier. You dont gain muscle by doing the same thing more, but by shocking your muscles and tearing them with heavy weights. If youre doing it properly you shouldnt even be exceeding 12 reps in a fucking set.

Lived in the tropics for most of my life. Recently relocated to a more temperate weather zone.
It's not super cold but still cold enough that I can't weather a T shirt and shorts to gym in. Not sure what I should wear now.
It's 14C during the day. Gym isn't heated much.

I hiked 20 minutes in the snow to get to my gym, which was a converted concert hall so it had a draft like a barn, and worked out for 2 hours in an unheated room, in shirt and shorts, where I could see my breath and the barbells stung they were so cold. Then, had to hike back home afterwards. Pic related.
