no i started SS as i begun for 6 months then went to a brosplit so i lost alot of my strength and my lifts are SQUAT - 135lb/ BENCH - 120/ DEADLIFT - 95/ and my other lifts weak as shit but this was my first time back from heavy compounds like deadlies and squats so to be fair its kindav of expected and my other lifts cant even say beceause there like 60 lbs but I feel like PHUL is good for me because it does include progression? correct?

personally I would continue on a strength oriented routine... maybe greyskull LP or the 70s big LP. You are going to gain more muscle mass from hypertrophy work if you bench 225 lbs for 4 x 8 than if you bench 120 lbs 4 x 8. Do what you want, but I would say that you should try to get your lifts up. Atleast double your bench and squat and triple your deadlift...

Quite the oposite actually when you havent eaten in a while your body goes for your fat cell for energy hovever going 20+hours fasted is not ideal as the glucose(mainly glucose in your brain) will be low at that point
Ideal range of fasting is a 16-20 hour fast popularly called intermitent fasting, its also not advised to go lower than 16 hours as your body will have less time to burn fat cells and the mental clarity you gain from fasting will be shortened

The key word is the "and" if your body is in starvation mode and your fast your body will burn muscle before fate.
If the "and" is being used to denote moving into starvation mode after a 10 hour fast then the statement is not true it takes much longer for most people than 10 hours.

No, you do not need a "strength base" before you start doing hypertrophy exercises. A person who does PPL for a straight year will make better gains than someone who does SS for the first 6 months.
"but I can just cut after SS and get more muscle than the PPL guy!" this is in a PERFECT VACUUM and assumes you can look like complete shit for 90% of the year. Also sitting on your ass for 4 minutes between 3x5 sets doesn't train your work capacity needed for higher rep/lower rest time ranges.
tl;Dr - SS and Stronglifts are memes, do PPL
