Chicken central guys.
I need more ideas on how to easily make my chicken breasts palatable at work through the use of a microwave(or cold). i have pretty much every other cooking method available at home.

God tier: Chicken chili/soup/general stew, stewing it made it so soft that it falls apart even when microwaved. Takes quite a while to make though

Mid tier: marinated breasts, oven baked for 25-30 minutes at 450F/235C, sort of dry

Shit tier: Cooked, dry as shit. Whole roasted/cooked chicken stays here as well due to high fat content.

I'm on vacation and want to eliminate the extra fat I have, I'm actually training, lifting, but as I'm poor (I don't have enough money to buy protein supplements) I was wondering if it's right if I only consume boiled eggs and boiled bananas (platanos), drinks lots of water, and coffee with no sugar. I'm 23 and very healthy.

Anyone tried it? Results?

When I slow cut (500 kcal deficit) I just slowly lose all my strength and muscle over months. It's been a waste of time for me. I figure I have to cut FAST to reach my goal sub 15% bf while retaining some muscle, and if I still end up a weak faggot at least I'll be back to bulking in a month as opposed to wasting several months just slowly getting weaker and getting nowhere.

Dear diary,
Today i woke up in the middle of the night, at 2 am or something. Since i started counting calories and losing weight sleeping has become a problem, i don't know why but all i know is that getting 8 hours of restful sleep has become an exception. I tried to fall asleep again but i couldn't so i watched some videos until 5 am, then i got up ate breakfast, did the dishes and showered, at 6:45 i left my apartment to go grocery shopping. I didn't need much other than chicken for my weekly meal prep and water. I actually didn't want to go grocery shopping today, because i dislike cooking and grocery shopping on the same day but yesterday was a holiday and i ran out of prepped meals so i had no choice.
At around 7:45 i was home again, i put the grocerys and some other stuff i bought away. At around 8 i started cooking. I did my usual meal prep, chicken, mixed veggies and rice - at around 11 everything was done and it was delicious. The first meal prepped meal is always the best. After eating i went for a nap because i was so exhausted from getting barely any sleep last night, the nap was almost 6 hours and as a result i won't be able to sleep tonight at a reasonable time, probably messing up my sleep schedule for a while.
