Is there a limit on how much protein powder i can consume per day? Can it effectively provide more than 50% of my protein intake daily with no risks or complications?

How much protein powder can i assume per hour without killing myself? Say i need 150g of protein i couldn't get from food. That'd require quite a big shake, but can i, in theory, drink it in just a few minutes or do i have to split it up during the day?

you have two options
>chalk + mixed grip
advantages: if you compete, you will be pulling mixed grip
disadvantages: increased chance of bicep tear on supinated side, potential for imbalances
>straps + train grip separately
advantages: take grip totally out of the equation for deadlifts, no bicep tears, no imbalances
disadvantages: have to dedicate some time to static holds
i'd say use the straps and then train grip afterwards, this is what strongman competitors do

you don't have to be too specific with how you do them, if I were you I would just set up a bar in a rack at above your knees and pull it DOH and then hold it until you can't anymore
you might also try coan's single hand barbell hold, or try plate pinches or pinch blocks or something

I was a psych major... Anti depressants are fine as long as you tell the doctor about ANY side effects when you see him. I got epilepsy and had to drop out, which means I take mood stabilizers (in low-ish doses they control seizures). I've taken a lot and some have made me want to kill everyone, but upon telling my doctor I was prescribed different shit. Eventually I landed on tegretol, and depakote, and I'm fine. Speaking about gains, it didn't effect mine AT ALL. If anything they help because you feel better mentally and you'll get more motivated. Good luck dude.

I started using a concept 2 rowing machine to do concentric only facepulls and the pulled muscle in my upper back feels so much better than doing standard facepulls.
Got way nicer legs doing high rep leg stuff, squat, jeffersons, anything.
