Have you ever been so autistic you were accidentally alpha?

>Bench press time
>Gym has 3 benches side by side
>Bench 1: Occupied by two overly manicured looking brown dudes with 25lbs on each side
>Bench 2: Empty but has weight(20lbs) on the bar
>Bench 3: Empty, but no clips
>Opt for Bench 3
>Load my weight on to the bar, nothing insane, but significantly more than these two guys were lifting
>Walk over and grab the clips from bench 2
>Notice the other guys looking at me like I did something wrong
>Realize they were alternating between benches 1 and 2 because they were lifting different weights
>Decide fuck it, the clips are already on my bar, I'm taking them
>Pull the headphone away from my ear and say "oh sorry guys I didn't realize you were using both benches"
>One of them awkwardle says "oh that's ok" so I assume he means it's fine that I took them
>Right as I put my headphone back on his friend says something to me in an aggressive manner but I can't make any of it out over my music
>Act like I don't notice and start my set
>Finish my 3 sets
>These guys are still on the same set they were on before I started
>go to put my weights away
>Notice that there's a set of clips like 3 feet away on a plate rack
>Realize that what the second guy had said to me earlier was "there's a set of clips right there"
>Walk away without making eye contact

123 is meant for competent powerlifters.
Just do it. For a year with 2 or 3 peaking cycles and some mock
meets at the end

If you want just strength then Texas Method (5/3/1 uses slower progression for more advanced lifters).

If you want to look good and be strong then do some upper-lower/push-pull with strength and hypertrophy days.

What would happen if a skelly with no experience in the gym started and completed a cycle?

Assuming he stuck to his diet and never missed a day in the gym, What would happen?

I've have tried googling this question and nothing came up. I also asked reddit and got the "StEr0ids R Bad, U WilL Lo0k Like ShiT" responses.

Pic related is the only evidence i have of someone doing this and from what i've read this kid just did cardio, had a shit diet and started with tren.

If you take creatine you're no longer natty.

Protein powders are fine, because they're not giving you this huge amount of protein that you couldn't normally get from other food sources.

Creatine on the other hand, 5 grams of creatine is worth like 5 pounds of red meat. That's cheating if you can get creatine from 5 pounds of red meat without actually having to consume all that meat and extra calories. Hence why its not natty.
