when did you realise reracking weights was a meme? only the tiny beta dyels rack weights, all the jacked dudes just leave the weight on the bar, or on the floor by the benches after a dropset

only serious autists have a meltdown over having to pick a weight up off the floor or strip down a bar to lift

The other day I went to my gym's freeweight section. I watched some shitcunt leave his 25kg dbs that he just got done using for bench on the floor. I looked at him after and just said, "Five minutes, don't make me tell you again."

Five minutes later he still hadn't reracked his weights. I went over to the squat rack he was in, took the barbell and threw it and whatever weight was on it over the benches. Told him, "Don't ever come back here on a Monday again."

Next Monday he was back, this time one of his 25's came flying at his head.

Cringy transition with the hand; Your method of speaking is ok, but seems really forced making it just awkward and annoying to listen to, you go between trying to sound hyped with minimal voice flexion, to what i'd describe as "awkward breathing" where you have a sharp intake of breath.

I found myself skipping through most of your video of sheer boredom. The music choice isn't bad, but the tensing, spinning and different angles of the same exercise with minimal explanation or interaction is just boring. The same way i wouldn't want to watch someone blink for 2 minutes straight, any movement is going to be boring extremely quickly with no interaction and just a bit of music over top. This 17 minute video could have just been your vlogs with a mashup of brief cuts to 30 seconds of you doing the exercise, possibly with an interlude to explain the movement if you wanted to educate/explain.

Good lighting though, I'd suggest makeup to help fix the acne if you're into that shit, but overall I feel like I wasted 10~ minutes on what could have been a 3 minute video.

Hey guys, I need an advice for my diet.

53kg, 175cm, 5% body fat, skellington

I have a 2500 kcal bulking diet
128g proteins (27%)
120g fats (25%)
228g carbs (48%)

Is there too much fats? I take 4 eggs instead of a shaker at 4pm, should I take one to decrease the fats?

Any advice?

Fat in Recovery here,
Started at 270, Down to 220 and have built a considerable amount of muscle. However i'm still cutting but this has always been a very slow process for me. But i still have these periods of a few weeks at a time where my appetite becomes completely insatiable and i can just eat all day long and still have ridiculous cravings even when full. Then I will transition back into a period where i feel completely happy eating under 2000 calories a day. These periods really hurt my weight loss and I need to find a way to stop doing it. I have an overseas trip I want to get down to 200lbs for but I have just started getting these insane cravings again...

The trick to cravings to is avoid calorie bombs.

It's easy to scarf down a couple cookies for 200 calories in 30 seconds. However, a simple can of Coke will take 20 minutes to finish and only be 150 calories.

11 potato chips can be consumed in under a minute and add up to 150 calories. However a lollypop comes in at about 40 calories and takes over 10 minutes to finish.

Think in terms of shitty foods that are low in calories per minute.

Drinking this tonight. How fucked is my gains? Can I get and away with it? Is it full of bad calories? Im relatively new to lifting and im unsure if drinking is a gains goblin or calorie gobber. If it is bad, is there a good way to drink? I'm basically an alcoholic so it'd be hard to stop.

That I shouldn't count calories/macros and that I should just eyeball everything. His evidence that was no bodybuilders even track anything, and that they all just eyeball their intake and "know what to it, and when to eat"

Literally got fatter, weaker and more DYEL when I stopped tracking everything and followed his advice.

Back to tracking macros again and im stronger, muscular and lean and aesthetic again.

All the mad fatties on /fit/ just use it as an excuse. The most important thing to remember about /fit/ is that everyone knows a lot less than they think they do. The sad thing is that most people who try to give advice have read through the sticky once or twice and have only lifted for about three months.
