Meniscus was scoped 5 years ago, haven't had issues since. Shoulders nag at me occasionally but have been pretty solid for the past 2 years. Adductor strain 13 months ago still nags gives me a lot of pain on any lift that needs stability in the hole (squat, DL, lunges) so I have had to work around it.

Let's say I eat like shit, not an obscene amount of food but shitty food in general.
And let's say I start running two miles a day. Eventually I start running three miles because my body is becoming acclimated to running long distances.
BUT, I continue to eat shitty food and eat more calories than I'm burning.
What will happen to my body? Will I still get fat? Will I be able to run further and further even though I'm putting on weight?
Long story short, what happens when you eat like shit but do a lot of exercise?

You put on weight while getting better at exercise.
So about 3 months ago I started running like every day. I gradually increased distance as I felt comfy. I went on a few runs with my friend and he explained to me that I should land on my mounds instead of heels which I was doing since I started out. So I tried this for some time and I started to feel this pain in my outer right shin of my right foot. Sometimes the pain pulses in a way that disables the muscle and I literally almost trip but it like reboots or something and my lower leg gets stabilized again... so what the fuck did I do to myself and how to rehabilitate? Should I rest for a longer period? Can I do light exercises?
Also I have issues with my right leg in a way that I can feel popping in my right groin when doing the butterfly
Basically my right leg is in my eyes fucked up and I dont know how to deal with this... I do yoga in hope of reallignment.
