Left side is the exercise, right side is the mobility for that exercise, you do mobility after each set

FSAS - Fundamental Straight Arm Strength
FBAS - Fundamental Bent Arm Strength
FLS - Fundamental Leg Strength

the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level

for negative movements, 5x5x10s means you descend for 10s each rep

>SL
SL progression seems to be different from PDF's

Foundation gives 3 routines:
>AxBxAxx
>ABxABxx
>ABABAxx
A: FL, sPL, HBP, RC
B: MN, SL, SLS

If you can avoid, then avoid. If you really need a fix because things are getting out of hand, then yes talk to a doctor.

Anti-depressants only work in about 30/50% of people. Major ssexual side effect for pretty ,uch all of them except Mirtazapine which makes you super sleepy all the time.

For anxiety, your doc will most likely want to go with an anti-depressant... they don't work for acute anxiety if they work at all. They also might prescribe Benzodiazepines (anax, Kpin) which are basically alcohol in a pill. You will feel great on them but you will develop tolerance and addiction faster than you know. If you do go the benzo way, make sure to take the smallest dose you can, it will most likely have a little effect, just enough to help you through your day. Don't get high of them. If used wisely, they can be very useful, but be really careful and join a benzo support group to figure out a discontinuation plan if you're hooked. Never quit cold turkey.

Otherwise, try CBD oil for anxiety.. a lot of people claim it has a great effect on them, although the reasrech is thin. Didn't work for me.

Sleeping is essential. Exercise (sustained cardio) 30 minutes helps in the long run. Of course healthy diet, sunshine and spending less time on 4chan is a good idea.

Whenever I have a good squatting day, my next workout is also amazing.

If I have a shit squatting day, my next workout is also shit.

If I don't squat for two weeks, I can barely even deadlift or bench anymore.
11 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
>>41873529
no. what kind of question is this? i didnt deadlift for a long time because i just couldnt get the form right so i just avoided it for months. i could squat 365 atg high bar paused for reps pretty easily, but could deadlift 275 for five. my back was weak and my entire body was unbalanced. my bench was fine because i practiced that. now of course, my deadlift is on par with my squat, but you get my point.

it's almost like your body responds to whatever you train. if youre feeling inconsistency, youre most likely feeling the effects of CNS frying or youre really new and dont have very adept neuromuscular connections.
>>
>>41873529
no, they don't, strength is highly, highly movement specific

within movements, strength is also highly range of motion/joint angle specific

first response >>41873580 is right
>>
>>41873580
i did the opposite of this due to injury, i had to give up squatting but i keep deadlifting

and without squatting my deadlift has still progressed (even moreso because i can now handle more deadlift volume without squatting), you get good at what you focus on

i'm 5'6" and have a current bmi of 26 (overweight) and am interested in healthy living. for the most part i eat healthy (i haven't eaten fast food or red, non-lean meats in over a year) and i'm active and i've lost a fair amount of weight. i think i've plateaued at my current weight though and suspect that if i would like to lose more weight that i should try weightlifting.

however i don't really want to be thinner than i am. i am technically at an unhealthy weight but most of it sits at my chest and lower body. i am afraid that if i lose more weight i will mess up my figure. is that how it works or am i misinformed?

Your figure won't be messed up, and you'll end up looking better. Lose the fat and replace it with muscle around your ass and hips, it will make a massive difference

Also, most people typically don't know how unfit and shitty they felt until they've lost weight. While you may be active and may eat healthy, cutting down on snacks and portion sizes and doing some lifting or cardio would make you feel much better

The only way is up anon
>>
>>41872887
If you still have a decent amount of bellyfat, you should get rid of it for health reasons. Also stay active. These two things will prevent you from developing all kinds of the worst health problems. Hypertension will wreck your organs and you won't know until one of them starts failing, by which time it's too late. Elevated blood sugar that isn't technically metabolic syndrome or diabetes can still slowly lead to blindness, nerve damage, hearing loss, poor circulation, etc. By the time you notice symptoms, it's too late. At best you can halt them from progressing further with rigid lifestyle changes and drugs. Fix your shit ASAP. The sooner the better. Your life will be easier if you aren't fat unless you're living in a famine prone area.
>>
>>41872887
The health benefits alone should be your motivation for losing it, as others have pointed out.

Honestly if you have big boobs/ass now, they'll still be big when you lose the weight. I had a gf where we lost weight together and her boobs stayed big the whole time, just her stomach shrunk around them and her increased collarbone/shoulder definition made them look better

Are there any cults that revolve around fitness rather than sex, or weird paranormal shit?

Does creatine work?
11 posts and 3 images submitted.
>>
>>41872441
It certainly "works" but it just puts too much strain on the kidneys.

I have started to see a few younger guys (25-35) come in for appointments who have abnormal kidney readings for their age who have all told me they have been using creatine for extended periods of time.

My advice would be to skip it just to save some strain on your kidneys. Probably not worth it

If you're not taking 10 scoops you're fine, puts a few extra reps in the tank and makes whatever you workout look even bigger for an hour or so.
