Is it normal to see a sudden immense strength drop if you accidentally undereat for a day or two?

I fucked up with calories yesterday and today in the gym I could only get 1 rep of what I usually get for 3-4 on bench. Is this normal?

If not then I'm Pretty sure I have either low test or just bottom of the barrel genetics.

I ran into this trouble before and it seems to sort itself out over the next few workouts of proper recovery. Anyone else experience this or something similar?

I want something like this. Are there any specific routines I can follow? What ratio of cardio to strength training would I have to do? My situation doesn't allow a specific diet, but I can always eat less. What can I do?

So I just read the exercising part of the sticky, it says I should keep to low reps for around 5 sets? 5x5's are good for strength and size, correct? I've been doing 10x5's and they make me feel extremely week due to the low amount of weight I'm able to do. I haven't seen my lifts going up significantly, just my muscle tone and size, I want to maximize my gains. Here's my routine.

Monday - Chest/Arms
DB Press 10x5
Bench Press 10x5

Bicep Curls 10x5
Machine Curls 10x5

Tricep Extensions 10x5

Tuesday - Shoulders/Back

>weekends are similar but with slightly more coffee ruined sleep and a lot more coffee and less work
