Am I the only one who doesn't like big chests on men? Look at that pic, zoom in and look at their chests, there's one good one and the rest look like shit.
Now look at eugen, he looks so much better to me.
How do I develop the eugen physique? I want to look exactly like him.
What are you, gay?
>>41739756
He doesn't. His chest looks weak as fuck.
Past couple months just don't feel like lifting or doing anything at all. Anyone else felt like this before? Just suddenly stopped giving a fuck and got no drive for the things I liked to do

3 weeks ago my wife got rammed down by a speeding car. Honestly I have lost every passion I have in this life and only really come here because it's habit. Every day I go to the gym and do the same old shit because I don't have anything left in this world.
I can't even bare to look at my daughter without seeing my beautiful wife in the stretcher in the back of the ambulance. Every fucking night I hear the wailing of my daughter and don't believe anything you read online because I made all that shit up
I've got a bunch of (related?) problems I'm hoping someone here can help with. Please bear with me a minute.
I have snored horribly for as long as I can remember. I've had what feels like year-round allergies, worse in the spring, for pretty much my entire life. I've had polyps dug out of my nose (didn't really help) I am on allergy injections (keeps my nose from constantly running, doesn't do anything about congestion) and STILL I wake up breathing through a mouth full of rancid spit most mornings, because my nose is 3/4 plugged.
I was convinced to have a sleep study done, and was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Except I'm never groggy or dozing off like they describe. When I sleep, I don't wake up in the middle of the night. I can take a long time to go to sleep, unless I sleep during the day. (10pm to 6am? Miserable. 10am to 6pm, or almost any other schedule? I sleep like a baby.)
Now, getting answers out of my doctors is like pulling teeth. They never seem to want to volunteer treatment options unless I start beating them over the head with my medical history to remind them that everything they've tried so far just isn't working. Even then they shuffle me around, and I am really tired of their shit.
In a few months, I'm going to see an ear/nose/throat specialist.
What do I ask him about? What do I emphasize? What worked/didn't work for anyone here with similar problems?
Stupid shit you do

i have to move on average probably 2x a year for work, and i end up switching gyms because of it about 1x a year, sometimes 2.
>month or two before move, power bulk
>put on as much fat as possible
>first day at new gym, put on my best doughboy clothing, slouch like hell, and use shit form on all compounds with just the bar
>if anyone asks, play autist fatty (not even hard, i used to be an autistic fatass and now i'm just autistic) who has no idea what he's doing
>make it a point to "accidentally" ask the douchiest chadbro in the gym for advice
>proceed to build back up quickly while dieting like fuck
>within 2 months i'm back where i was strength wise, almost back in bf%
>walk into gym monday evening, hopefully run into chadbros
>change into tank top and shorts, usually at 12-13% at this point
>"hey dude, thanks for the advice. i did some of what you told me to do, just after i finished my starting strength workout. i'm thinking of getting into some bodybuilding now that i'm past my noob gains, can i work in with you?"
>proceed to rep his fucking max for 8-10
>silently chuckle to myself as all the alfalfas kinda sit in silence and try to work out when i'm not looking
feels good desu. i usually end up breaking character and telling them my schtick after a few months, and i can sometimes get some people to drop the bro shit and ego lifting.

Hi /fit/, I need a bit of an advice. I want to change my diet a bit. I get £5 for food on weekends and I usually buy 3 frozen pizzas with it and drink sparkly water. I know that isn't too healthy so here's my question: what do I buy for £5 to last me for 2 full days and 1 night?

Get a job you lazy fuck
Oats + milk
How can you possibly 'overdevelop' anything as a natty? I see that word being thrown around a lot, but I've never seen any drug free athlete being freakishly big.
I am not into bodybuilding really, so maybe it occurs on the stages, idk.
>>41739352
overdeveloped relative to other muscles...
>>41739360
Bingo
>>41739352
Very hard to do unless you absolutely ignore a certain muscle group for a long time.
I only hit my legs once a week, for example. They haven't overdeveloped, and a few months down the road I'll be swapping them with back/biceps and then only hit those once a week. I don't have the time to lift on saturdays, but regardless none of my muscles have 'overdeveloped'. You lose growth, yes, but for a natty it's nothing.
Can /fit/ explain the science behind Feels?
Feels motivate mankind. You must control your feels or be controlled by them.

Watch movie called Equilibrium with Christian Bale (for you). You will understand true nature of feels and why they are important

I just flossed my teeths and ate the particles of food that were between them, did i just break my fast ?
Are stretching exercises enough for fixing my back or do I need to pair that with more rigorous exercise? Any recommendations for the types I should be doing?
It'd be great if I can do it at home for cheap. The pool and gym is too far from my place.
Bump got a forward neck and a hunched back, progress stopped
>>41739474
Here's a link to the old Back General in /fit/
The stretching section focuses on fixing posture. The exercises section seems to be more building muscles so not sure if that's needed for hunched backs.
