I thought I was in shape until I got these fucks. I bench 250, deadlift 410, and squat 375, but none of that helps me on these fuckers. I can barely do 5 dips without my body sperging out. Pullups are considerably harder. Since switching to rings I've had massive gains in muscle size and strength. Quit fucking around in the gym and get some rings faggots

So I used to be obese but then lost alot of weight and have loose skin. I'm currently 5'9''(pls no manlet hate) 165lbs and 17%BF. I started cutting in April at 1600 and started to do IF.
My lifts frankly suck, I have been lifting for two years but did my own program(shit) and had bad form.
My lifts are all below 1/2/3/4

Fairly new to the fitness world. Backstory/current situation:
Was /fat/ going into 2016. 19yo 5'6 (yes ik ik) 250lbs. Got a job in a deli and lost 70 lbs over 2016 just from being on my feet all day and also having no time to eat between work and school. I actually sometimes went a couple of days without eating. The no food cycle stopped after the spring semester ended and I had free time. Fast forward to November, I'm 180 lbs and decide to head to my local USMC recruiter and join up. Ever since I went to get medically cleared and sworn in in January, I've been going to workouts with my recruiter and the other kids waiting to ship to boot camp. These are 2 hours a day 3x a week. Typically we start by doing a max set of pull ups, running about a mile, and doing various calisthenics, hiit, and buddy work outs before we run back and do another set of pull ups. Since I had /nogains/ before that I was absolute shit, but now I'm at least on par with most people there.
Went from:
1 pull up to 10
~20 crunches to ~65 (2 minutes timed)
Not being able to run 1/2 mile without having to stop to 11:47 1.5 mile (last time it was timed was in march, I'm confident I dropped at least 30 seconds
72 push ups in 2 minutes (can't lift any limbs or you stop at whatever you were at, I did about 1:30 in)
Just started going to an actual gym and doing basic stuff
My problem, however, is that for the life of me I can't drop below 180 lbs. I've definitely put on significant muscle mass from when I started and my clothes are getting looser (went from a 36 to 32 waist)
I aim for about 1800-2000 calories a day and get the right amount of protein
Tl;dr training for a few months, good fitness improvement, 1800-2000 calories a day, weight won't change

My gym may be closing down due to a lack of business. I love it so much, its an old school bodybuilding gym where everyone knows everyone, and nobody cares if you make a mess, grunt, or drop your weights. The Owner said he may have to shut it down in a few months and the only other gyms within a 15 mile radius of me are a snap fitness and an anytime fitness.
