Personally like to brine my chicken but it is a lot of salt so its not a sustainable method.

I am currently follwing the starting strength program. Doing the A and B workout with the 3 excercises. Now with decent form and weight. I want to add chin-ups to the routine, how do i go about this. Both A and B workout and how many sets/reps. Also any other accesories i should add?

Depends on how often you smoke. Pot stores up in your fat and it accumulates. If you never smoke that shit will be out in 1-3 days, I've heard it's the same if you smoke once a week. Anything more than once a week and it starts getting crazy.
Really though there is no definitive answer. That shit varies from person to person. In some studies they've had people smoke one time and it is detectable for up to 30 days. The reverse is also true though, they've had people smoke every day and be clean 2 days later.
Just to be safe. Once a week smoker = 3 days dirty piss. Twice to three times a week = 2 weeks of dirty piss. Anything more give it 30 days.
This is all guesswork though. Drink plenty of water and take creatine. Most drug tests they are just checking for dilution and creatine essentially (you piss it out normally so you'll always have a traceable amount).
Is 17g protein good for a 244 kcal per 100 gram?
depends on your goals
for cutting usually not. You need about 2.3-3.1g protein/kg lean body mass when cutting, which, depending on your physique is going to require 30-40% of your calories to be protein. 17g protein/244kcal is only about 25%.

I've been going to the gym for some time now but I started a FULL BODY routine one month ago.
I'm 6'6'' (200cm) and 84kg. My goal is to GAIN weight. I'm also on a 3600kcal diet.
I do 12-10-8 reps:
Ass to grass squats: 20, 20 (warm up), 25, 30, 35kg
OHP: 25, 30, 35kg
Pull ups: 3x10 with help
French bench press: 10, 15, 17.5kg
Biceps curls Z bar: 10, 15, 17.5kg
Bench press: 42.5, 47.5, 52.5kg
I never did these exercises before except for the bench press.
What do you think? How often should I increase weight?

So I've decided I'm tired of being a fat fuck, and read the sticky all the way through. It went over everything I need, except one thing; choosing a gym. There's a couple out here, including a Planet Fitness, but I'm not sure which one to go with. As well I'm pretty new to gym life and one hell of an introvert, so I was wondering what to expect when going to the gym, what I should look out for, things like that.

Honestly man the worst thing you can do is be so self-conscious.
The thing is that, in spite of this being /fit/, most of the people at the gym are not at all represented by the autists here.
Most people at gyms are taking control of their body and life so they're friendly, welcoming, and more than happy help you out if you ask for it. If anything, it's super motivating to see a fat fuck at the gym because that's where you need to be. Just keep showing up.
There was this fat dude who used to go the gym all the time, work out hard, and honestly he was one of the most motivating people there.
Nobody is going to judge you. If anyone did, people like me would be the first to put them in their place. We all started somewhere.
Just start with the weight you can handle safely, and PLEASE wipe down equipment when you're done with it.
