Anyone have any experiance with a squat stand? I have a small apartment, but a decent concrete porch area outside. Was thinking about picking up a stand so i can set it up outside, work out then move it back inside when done.

I have found those squat stands a little awkward for setting up for a squat. Rogue's stands are independent, so they are easy to move, but the base tends to get in the way of your feet if you intend to do a proper walkout.

thats true. its kind of bad walking it out, but its not too bad. if you can find a similar stands with 2 inch hole spacing that would probably be fine. I bought a narrow cage with 4 inch hole spacing that made it impossible to get into squat position that felt right. With the stands you can grip as wide as you want and move them in and out of the house as well. Just make sure the hole spacing is close enough that your not doing fuckbar squats

Totals around 135g protein and 2300 calories. Just wondering if I've missed any cheaper options for my meals though? I know peanut butter and oats are meant to be good but they aren't really as universal as everything else. Bread can be breakfast or lunch, and I can have bread on its own if I need to. Oats and peanut butter seem more like they'll need to be combined with something else to be good.
