Is eating about 200 grams of peanut butter too much?

Answer this; what type of peanut butter?
>>41758296
It's different everytime
I got to a biggest mall in my town for 3 weeks and found 3 different types of it. Crunchy, crunchy with shredded peanuts and right now I have creamy one.
Help me /fit/. Smallest plates my gym has are 2.5 kg. Sadly getting new smaller plates is not an option. How do I go about incorporating "progressive poundage" into this program.
How much does one of those clips you can put on the end of the bar weigh?
>>41758197
Quick Google search reported a pair of spring collars weigh about 1.1 pound
>>41758239
Use 1 on each side then and you'll get 1 kg
Holy shit fit I figures out the secret to lose weight.
It really is just diet. You just need to eat less. And the crazy thing is, that actually gets easier over time, you don't feel as hungry. That's crazy.
I really want to lift weights though but no money for a gym. All I've got are 20kg dumbells and I can lift those too easy.
Just do calisthenics and skullcrushers/curls
>>41758054
Ghrelin and leptin, motherfucker.
When you eat less your leptin receptors become more receptive.

skellymode is the ultimate bluepill
Would eating one of these a day when bulking be a good idea?
http://www.msi-germany.com/en/emergency_food-nrg5.html
>>41757934
More grams of fat than grams of protein. Just make some chicken instead, cut it into strips, put it in your fridge, and reheat some strips whenever you're hungry.
>>41757934
Just watched Netflix's Blame! and saw they had shit like this but super compact. It also makes me sad that this is the most compact food we have across the globe
>>41757934
>15 grams of sugar per 100g
No, it's not a good idea, unless you want to, like, climb a mountain or some other extreme shit.
How sore should I feel post gym?
I only started recently from complete DYEL mode and already made some improvements in some areas in moving up on weights, in others still the same, but getting more reps in comfortably.
The only thing is, I'm not that sore post work out. I'm sore at the time and my arms wobble and I struggle to do the set, but the only thing that aches at any point afterwards are my triceps or biceps, even when I wake up the day after.
I read through some sticky stuff and online articles but they all say different things about whether or not being sore is good.
Cheers for the help
>>41757925
Generally I only had real soreness when I started out, for the first week, afterwards it was fine. Your muscles get used to training rather quickly.
>>41757969
Great, thanks, so the lazy hypothesis I'm suggesting that no muscle soreness doesn't equal a bad/useless workout is generally true then and I will still improve?
>>41757989
No it doesn't equal that. But your workout might still be shit.
These are the people on /fit/ who do PPL routine 6 days a week
>>41757806
I have a few shots of actual /fit/ posters, there's a lot of delusional fucks on this board
Bro split natty is fucking stupid
Let's be honest nobody even does legs on PPL, if you're enhanced legs are as big as you want em if you already did SS
I do Texas method and bike everyday
Hi /fit/
Second day of intense exercise focusing on my core muscles today (did back muscles yesterday). First time taking a training regiment seriously.
So my problem is that I felt light headed while doing core exercises today (during and after). Is this normal or am i doing something wrong?
>>41757668
>fix your breathing
>stay hydrated
>cutting out shitty sugars helped for me
>second day
it's normal, your CNS has not adapted yet
I wanted to add chest flies, skullcrushers, and calf raises to the /fit/ greyskull routine, on monday, wednesday, and friday respectably. Would it be bad to add any more accessories to this? Would I be overtraining? Are they unnecessary to begin with for this routine?
I've been lifting for 2 months if that makes any difference.
Yeah just change it however you want
>>41758258
>>41758302
Ok, thanks a bunch you guys.
>>41757579
Pointless mate. Just stick to the routine
>Gym has no barbell so I decide to make my own at home
>Before trying to get Scooby /fit/ I'd usually lift 5kg dumbbell easy
What's a good number to start off with on a homemade barbell?
>>41757341
That's a 5kg per hand by the way. Also just starting out
>>41757349
Focus on reps more than weight
>>41757341
>Gym has no barbell
wtf
Hey /fit/. Long-time lurker, first time poster here.
I've been lifting and eating seriously for about a year and made some decent gains. Went from a 66kg skinnyfat down to a 60kg skelly and now back up to a fairly respectable lean 74kg. I know I still have a long way to go but I definitely look a hell of a lot better than I did this time last year. In any case I haven't had sex since about a year ago when I broke up with my gf and fucked some ugly hoes to get over her.
Anyway, I finally went out last night with a girl from OKCupid with a cute face and decent body (she lifts). We had a nice evening and I eventually got her back to my place to make fuck. It was good sex but after we finished I just felt fucking empty inside, even though I genuinely liked her and would definitely see her again.
I thought getting shredded and fucking cuties was meant to fill the void /fit/. How do I fix this? Should I just kms myself now?
Post her picture or else it didn't happen
I think it's important to remember that you shouldn't let women consume your life. Grow yourself as a person and try to reenter that state of high school-esque optimism. People here often have these self-fulfilling prophecies where they love to live life in the worst light possible just to try justify their own failures and shortcomings. Live your life.
>>41757356
I don't want you to dox her so no. If I was lying I could just post some random slut from google images.
>>41757361
Good advice. I never consciously equated sex with happiness - but after last night I realise I had been doing so subconsciously all along. I guess I need to grow the fuck up. There are other things I enjoy in life and get fulfillment out of, so I should probably start looking there first.
Can anyone give me the redpill on the Ketosis diet
Does it actually work? Is it worth tossing out my pasta for?
We have this thread multiple times a day.
>>41757328
>fight cancer
the keto diet is actually pretty scientific and effective for weight loss if you have a sedentary lifestyle but all the puesdo science - fad fuckwits completely ruin its reputation.
Now it's paleo tier
>>41757328
if you lift you need carbs to fuel your muscles so keto doesn't perfect if you lift
novice lifter here. what do you think of this simple routine?
>day 1
>front squats
>pull-ups
>day 2
>deadlifts
>dips
>day 3
>z-press
>bb shrugs

kys
>>41757284
thanks
I think you can do more than that.
If /fit/ is so alpha, why does every post on this board turn back to girls/women?
>who do you lift for
>every thread crying about your girlfriend or lack of one
>sexual health general
>pining over girls you know
>getting upset over messing up with girls
>which girls mired you lately
>everything you do is for girls
.every guy here has a girlfriend
And I thought this board was alpha and did things for themselves
>>41757258
who said fit was alpha?
>>41757258
That's biology my man, we can't ignore what we feel or what we innately feel.
sadly we can't all be gay.
Also there's no problem with lifting for somebody else as long as you continue to lift / workout when they are not there / falter.
>>41757258
fuck off reddit tourist
I just started lifting again and after a week I can already feel that biceps tendinitis crawl up on me.
Is there a way to continue lifting without getting full blown tendinitis?
I only did benchpress, biceps curls, rowing and triceps dips so far during my workout sessions.
(because I don't want to stay more than 30 min at the gym at least during the first few months until muscle group equilibrium become important and i will have to hit the other groups as well...)
I guess it could be because i am too arm heavy exercise wise?
Are there any certain exercises that help get rid of belly fat?
