Hey /fit/ I recently changed to a local gym. I really like the new place but they have shit tier cable machines. My chest routine previously consisted of butterflys, benching and high/low cable flys. What would be a good substitiution for the high/low cable flys?

Tell me what's your opinion on this training for a beginner:

1) 20 minutes on bycicle (with a bit of resistance).
2) Stretchings and articular movements.
3) Strenght training with 5 kg dumbbells focused in 6 different points of the body.
4) Pulling a rope from a 45º angle inclination
5) 2x20 seconds of abdominal isometrics (simply doing the 'table'
6) Elevating legs and "walking" about 30 steps while laid on the floor to train down abdominals.
7) Final stretchings of biceps and abdominals to finish the training.

This sounds like you try to get a workout with some shitty equipment.

Join a real gym and start doing bench press, OHP, squats and deadlifts.

Here is an easy mass gainer replacement that has almost as many calories as serious mass, and more protein. Just make two PB(with full servings of PB) sandwiches and drink 16oz of milk on top of whatever else you eat that day.
