Ok, so, today I've been for all time, only ate subway and CocaCola, I feel sick and very dazed, I don't want to continue like this, I don't want to be a gained Chad but I want to be healthy, I'm not fat, I'm I little bit slender I'm like 1,75 and I weight like 65 kilos, I'm 16. What is the best thing to start?

Is there any reason why plates need to be made out of cast iron? If we made them out of Tungsten, they could take up 2 - 2.5x less space depending on the purity.

Also I took a break off and lost a lot of strength and I find it hard to break strength plateaus that I used to hit, is this normal? how do I quickly regain strength?

Normally I would just post something like this in the qtddtott, but my problem has gotten a lot worse. Basically I suffer from intense headaches whenever I lifted, ran, or had sex. I started taking creatine about 2 months ago, during which I started to get these headaches. Because I feared if something was wrong, I stopped taking the creatine because I was severely dehydrated. It's been a week and a half since I've been drinking more water and not taking the creatine, but I still get these intense head throbs. Are these tension headaches, or something else? Id really like to know to to treat this.
