Anyone got any embarrassing gym stories?

>Don't know what the fuck I'm doing
>Walk up to reception to sign up
>Get a key for a locker to put my bag in
>Got lost, had to ask receptionist where everything was
>Figure out where locker room is and put my bag in a random locker
>Its very hard to close and see people looking at me as I desperately try to close the locker
>Make my way to the actual gym
>Oh wow that's alot of people
>Walk out after literally just walking in the door
>Decide I need to gtfo ASAP
>Go to locker room to get my bag
>Its stuck
>People literally staring at me like I have down syndrome as I try to fit the key in a million different ways
>Realise I put my bag in the wrong key i was assigned to
>Have to go back to reception and explain this
>Has to get someone to help me open this fucking locker
>Finally get my bag and leave

Learn to relax. Everyone is at the gym to do their own thing and usually doesn't care what you're doing as long as it isn't a gross violation of gym etiquette or horribly bad form that will undoubtedly lead to an immediate injury.

You're new so don't be afraid to ask people a few questions.

I love doing squats, but recently I have had knee pain. I squat ass to grass and have had no problems up until very recently.

I use to be able to deep squat with no effort, but now once I go past parallel my knees start to hurt a bit. I've also noticed that I can't do quad stretch as far as I use to.

They're ok. Interest has kinda pointlessly drove the price up. But supply and demand, etc.

They're nothing special. Over twice the price and less than half the results from a single cycle of test. They have considerably less research done on them and it's really all over the place concerning their long term effects on the body. They fall into a questionable enough grey area legally that if you're thinking of doing them, you might as well put in the extra 5 minutes of finding a steroid source.

I suppliment 10,000 iu vitamin D3 a day.

If I switch my lifestyle to where I get more sun light, should I reduce the dosage? Like not taking any if I go to the beach.

A small portion of my body is exposed to sun sometimes, if ever. My face, both ears, my neck, my hands, all my fingers, both forearms, and sometimes my knees and my shins.

Should I reduce my dosage on days I play outside?

I would just go for like 5000IU. A;though i hear its very hard to overdose since you produce so much form sunlight anyway. If you don't mind paying, jst keep up your normal doseage. I think like 25k for supplement is when it starts getting dangerous.

Need more info - bodyfat %, activity level, job, routine.

That being said, 1800 cals is on the low side but doable if you load up on stims for energy. Caffeine will help, and an EC stack will help more.

Your macros are a bit unnecessary though - ~150g of protein a day is fine for a cut, and you'll be happier eating the difference in carbs as it means less shakes and more flexibility.

Doing bodyweight + some lifting here and there for over 2 years. Eating like shit and eating until I feel like my belly gonna explode.

Now I finally stopped with emotional eating, calculated my TDEE and I'm trying to hit TDEE only with clean food. I eat 3 times a day and sometimes when I feel hungry.
Started taking cardio seriously but struggling with Ct5K because even tough my cardio load is 80 minutes/week, sometimes my legs take 4 days to recover. Also could do 5x5 L pull easily, now I cant even do 3x3 normal pull ups and lost 15 pounds in 20 days I think. 100 lbs and, can you believe?, 5'9''.
