Lurked /fit/ for a few months so now I'm here in my hour of need. I'm in Italy for 3 weeks and just bought a gym membership. I'll post the specifics of my workouts if this thread gets more attention, because those probably could use some help as well.

Since Italy is nothing but carbs and my host family barely cooks any food for me other than nutella sandwiches in the morning and TV Dinners at night, I need serious help on diet advice with only a stove and a microwave at my disposal. I didn't pay 8,000 dollars to study abroad and lose what little gains I have. (There's a fresh market right by my house though, and I can buy whatever food I might need there. I've already checked and theyve got brown rice and turkey, so great?)

Diet:

Breakfast - Nutella sandwiches, 2 bowls of cereal, and a protein shake. I've made an omelet twice and am trying to make more eggs but everything is so damn expensive here

Lunch: Literally anything inexpensive I can find on the streets. I try not to eat too much carbs, but most of the time I end up having to.

Dinner: Some more fried, TV dinner disgusting food and a protein shake that I sneak in again.

Help me /fit/, Ive been trying to get out of skelly mode for so long and if I dont do anything this month I'm going to lose it all. Ive been trying to get that bulk protein suggestion in but it's incredibly difficult in my current situation. (I cut fast food and soda out a while ago, and I feel I should also mention I can eat whatever I want and gain little to no fat)

Hello I dont like cooking and all the replacement meals are vegan and contain flaxseed and soy

I dont care about eating the same disgusting stuff everyday as long as I get the essential nutrients and it's easy to make. What would I need?
(Im not sure if this belongs here or /ck/ because I think /ck/ is more focused on actual food whereas im thinking /fit/ could be more helpful speaking only of nutrients)

Gordon Ramsay is very clear and an excellent teacher.
Then move on to some very straighforward dishes from the recipe section of bodybuilding.com. Sweet potato, chicken and broccoli is a classic and can be made in advance for an entire week if you choose to. Make sure to season, at first just buy generic '(spicy) chicken' or 'ground beef' spice mixes and use a generous amount, later you can make your own. Use enough salt (less when using spice mixes because they contain a lot already) and especially pepper. Honestly cooking is easy as fuck once you get the basics down and who knows you might start to enjoy it.

If my first set sucks I put the whole workout on hold and just let my body reset itself while looking for better music.

Usually clears things up. Sometimes the body just needed some time is all.

Help me /fit/. I started lifting to get more qt3.14gfs but I ended up in an age play relationship with an autistic girl who lives with her grandparents. I let my DYEL bitch friend tailgate me into Anytime Fitness because he said he was gonna use his sister's swipe card, but he showed up and was like "I don't have one". He starts fucking twirling the barbell and shit, fucking with all the equipment so I make him leave. I notice that the door has a tailgater sensor as he leaves. I check online and see that lots of Anytime Fitness locations check security footage every morning and then lock out offenders.

Anytime Fitness bros, am I fucked? I was just starting to get my life on track again..
