Now after weeks of not going to gym i switched to zyzz's routine for 4 weeks and i can barely bench 1pl 3x10 and 2pl for 3x10
Should i do bulgarian method instead or switch back to texas?

I don't spend as much money on going to climbing gyms anymore i've been finding really cool shit to climb outside this summer. If you live in the city like me and have to drive two hours or more to the closest climbing crags, it's really nice to find spots in your city to climb around on. Have any of you considered buildering or parkour as an alternative to paying for a gym membership?

I'm the same, my best deadlift was 180kg but I really felt form deteriorate. Plus I've no business dling that high when all my other lifts are in the gutter. If you eat a huge ass deficit consistently (say you need 2.5k to maintain and you eat ~1K) you'll lose weight like a mad cunt, but it will be mostly muscle.

Nah, you have to look at these things on a longer scale. Your weekly average calorie intake is way more important. You can throw in fasting days and whatnot, doesn't matter. Just make sure you eat enough protein over the week and don't go dangerously under your recommended calorie intake.
