If your goals are strength but not to compete, you'd be fine. Probably want to do some bodybuilder style chest work and some isolation work for your rear delts.

I was diagnosed with stomach infection due to some food I ate. I am taking medication but I am having A LOT of diarrhea. In a 30 minutes interval I went to the bathroom 8 times. It hasn't stopped so far, the diarrhea is very liquid and it has a burning effect in my rectum when it comes out. Also I am farting a lot. I went from pigeon posture to"army inspection" posture in 2 steps and it took me two months
1. Deadlift heavy
2. Correct your posture whenever you notice it. It will be often.
Once you start spending more time in correct posture than you do in wrong, and ur muscles are strong enough to support and balance it, you will be much more comfortable in the new posture and it will be automatic. Try it. Takes two months.
