Lol. Those are MINIMUM. Just to be able to enter the program.

The reality is people who enter with the minimum stats almost always wash out.

Thats not even a work out really. They're supposed to be an easy standard for entrance. Its not even meant to work a sweat.

The reality is you'll be doing thousands of push ups, hundreds of pull ups, etc throughout a whole day, now that's a work out

so been on a brosplit for 8 months and stalling a bit
thinking of trying fullbody so here's the routine I've come up with

DAY A

Squat 5 x 5
Weighted pullup/chinup reverse pyramid sets
DB bench 4 x 8
Trap Bar Shrugs 5x5
DB Shoulder Press 4 x 8
3 sets of weighted crunches

DAY B
OHP 3 x 5
Deadlift 3 x 5
Cheat curls 2 x 7
Concentration curls 2 x 7
Pressdown reverse pyramid sets
Calf raises 3 x 12
Cable Flies 5 x 8

gonna do A x B x A x A and so on

I heard somewhere in /fit/ that doing light-weights glutes exercises is better for building muscle, I've been doing really heavy weighted exercises, about 4 sets and I get little results, is this true?

I'm uneven as fuck, pic related. Any advice on how to fix my horrendous looking muscular imbalances?
Former skeleton, got into fitness thanks to this forum, been lifting since Feb. Any advice on weak spots to target also welcome (inb4 everything is weak)

Had it for a year, was a pain in the ass to identify. My doc thought it was a meniscus injury at first. Run a heavy Anti-inflammatory cycle coupled with painkiller plaster, after 2 weeks it was gone. Now after 6 months I'm squatting ez pz. I would recommend using Rehbrand sleeves, helped me with the recovery a lot, still using them.

eccentric tendon loading.
look up "eccentric squat patellar tendinitis".

what i would recommend:
*1 or 2 weeks no knee loading.
*couple of weeks slow decline unilateral eccentric squats 3-5 sets. should feel a mild pain end of each set. increase frequency over time. no other knee loading.
*full barbell squats twice a week. slow eccentric, normal concentric. start with the empty bar, increase weight over time.
*(slowly) reintroduce other sports when squat weights are decent again.

knee sleeves can help, especially in the beginning. ditch them when you start squatting moderate weights again.

no kneeloading means nothing besides walking.

Doing Bulgarian split squats with the dumbbells in front of my chest really gets my pulse and respiratory rate up. I like it. What are some other exercises that have a cardiovascular component that could be meaningfully included in a PPL routine?

I'm not interested in jumping jacks or butt kicks or barbell complexes. I want exercises that focus the desired body part and get you breathing heavily as a side effect.

If you catch it early on, an orthodontist can correct a weak jaw with specialized braces. If not, there is always surgery for it.
You can't say the same about height, seeing as height alteration surgery will fuck you over forever

Is V8 Juice a good supplement for vegetables? It's quick and easy and requires no preparation and is the perfect thing after a lift.

It's mostly tomato juice from concentrate. It's not a substitute for fresh vegetables, but if you get the low sodium kind it's probably better than nothing. Eat some vegetables though.

Have you guys tried Cercumin or turmeric. How was it for you. Notice any of the benefits?
