>decide to drink more milk
>drink half a gallon of milk right before bed
>wake up like 20 times in the night from the most bizarre dreams
Is there another reason it's called "gomad"?
Why would you drink more than 200 grams of sugar? Gomad is dumb.

Are there any actual benefits to drinking lemon water and apple cider vinegar in the morning, or is it more momscience to waste your money on?
>>41786939
drink one or the other. Both of those are way fucking acidic and will fuck up your stomach if empty. If I had to choose one in the morning, probably apple cider vinegar. If organic, like the Braggs in the pic, it's best since it has the mother. I'd say it's good stuff. Makes you stink less, keeps bugs away from you, curbs hunger, better looking skin. Only thing is that it smells like stinky foot.

anyone here ever get lightheaded from lifting? is it normal? i seem to get lightheaded every time i lift heavy around 8 reps and it takes me a couple minutes to stop feeling that way
>Strenuous activity fro an extended period makes me lightheaded
You're fine.
I asked that same question here and someone said it was lupis.
>>41786914
In what? When used to do heavy deadlifts I would get that feeling. But it would go away after a few breaths. Unless I was doing doubles or something. I used to get it from squating but going to low bar basically fixed that. Make sure you breath deep but slow. Use your nose not your mouth
Im on my second /sipp/ of the day. Never done this before. Am I going to die?
I hope you are 30kg and you are going to die
implying plg fatties that are over 100kg would even felt that second sip
>>41786893
Sips have pretty low caffeine. About half per unit volume when compared to coffee from many chains like Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, etc
>>41786999
This. Two sips per day is no big deal. I've done three a few times.
Are accessories actually needed if set volume of compounds is high? I'm talking 10 sets here

Depends on what you qualify as accessory work. If its purely isolation then no. If its shit like "lat pulldown" after heavy deads then yes you should do them for the added volume.
>>41786774
Probably not unless you feel like some parts of your body are lacking development.
I usually do the 4 big lifts first then chin/pull ups, calves, curls, wrists, or whatever i feel is lackin that soreness. Usually not higher than 8 reps

I feel like there are some hard stuff, but then there are other exercises that feel like a complete waste of time
>>41787110
guess it depends on the instructor.
on the other hand a lot of middle aged women also attend these classes and they can barely do shit (despite going regularly)

is this achievable?
I read somewhere that weightlifting (bench press/deadlifts/squats/etc.) to the point where you're sweating and panting like a motherfucker is **better** for fat loss than running. True or bullshit?
more muscle increases TDEE
so your daily caloric intake will be comparatively lower to lose weight than if you had low muscle mass
heavy lifting also produces an 'afterglow' effect where more calories are burned post-workout
but on a smaller scale, a single weightlifting session or cardio session, cardio will burn more calories
for optimal fat loss, carry on lifting and doing cardio
>>41786588
comparatively higher*
>>41786588
For optimal fat loss you should only do cardio since if you only did cardio you would problably already have leaned down by the time you would have made any gains if you also lifted, if you want to be lean and muscular, THEN lifting and cardio is optimal
To this day i still have no idea what these are for, i remember seeing a vid of some world record setter strong man use this as his warm up but instructions say to use this as recovery? whats the science to these? when do you even use them?
It's like a hand-held foam roller. No mystery or magic here, OP.

yea no shit, now explain foam rolling
I was wondering how long you faggots last in bed when banging your gf/wife or some random chick. When it comes to the point where im really turned on and she blows me as foreplay i dont really last long as soon as i start pounding but whenever i go for a second round i can lit shit up. Then i did
i Also did some research as i thought of this over the day and a study where couples stopped their times revealed that the average penetration time in sex general is at about 5-6 minutes in a range from just 3 seconds to 33 minutes. but i dont know how valid this information is as sex with stopwatches has to be really annoying
I death gripped for years so I don't think I've ever lasted less than 15 minutes. Remember a few times lasting literally hours which was exhausting and kind of annoying (fuck condoms).
I don't really do foreplay beyond having my girl "prepare my cock" before she gets to ride it (always make her ride herself to an orgasm before I start putting in any work as it doesn't take long and I like to try and make her cum at least 3 times for every time I cum considering it takes me forever to cum). Sometimes I make her sit on my face and jerk my cock or jerk it woke I play with her ass as she sits on my stomach but that's usually to finish me off, but foreplay
