My acne wont go away, i wash my face three times a day, i use that shit you put over it when you sleep and it still wont fucking go away. How the fuck do i get rid of this?
Im probably going to off myself if i cant fix this.

unless you have extremely mild acne that isn't even worth bitching about, the only solution is isotretinoin. the people that say "just wash ur face bro" didn't really have acne

Run about 1200 m in 6+ min. Can you guys give me tips and suggestions so that I can complete it in good time.

So,listen up

There's a guy in our group who's been training lightly for years,he probably spent more than 4 years and he looks really meh,he's bulky but his proportions are just meh

I just finished my first ever cycle and i look like a completely different person,i went from skinny fat to an athletic body with more size on the upper part and a really tiny waist
>tfw being mired countless times daily :^)

This guy is constantly ranting about this matter and just won't shut up,he can't accept that i look way better after just two months cycling
He's really passive aggressive and actually has hatred that hides it well towards me

What are your thoughts?Why is that?Have you experienced anything similar?

What is, for someone who is skinny and bulking,a good food to eat? I need to eat 3300-3400 calories to get a bulk, so i need something that is calorie dense, cheap and easy to eat.

Has anyone ever had a problem with being attractive but too stupid to ever have success with women (like all easygoing witty guys with amazing bodies) after solely focusing on looks for years, hence turning into an empty soulless machine devoid of all communication skills and interests besides bodybuilding

I have exceeded beta levels that shouldn't even be possible

I'm not even able to relearn things anymore and find happiness for myself beyond women as I turned into a being trapped between human with his ability to persistently repeat useless tasks until he gets results and animal existing for the sole purpose of producing muscle mass

What happened to me between realizing that I need discipline and this final outcome
