No, I can't lift the weights he is lifting, but shit is comical. The guy is 5'5, thinks he's a macho alpha male, wears wife beaters, screams like a fag in the gym (Trying to be like the god Eric Bugenhagen), wears minox to have a beard and stays with his arms open to pretend he has huge lats.

Tell me about shoulder impingement /fit/.

I have a nasty clicking/popping in my shoulders from certain movements. Not really painful but it feels uncomfortable and weak.

Personally, I add another two sets on the smaller arm, with things like kettlebell/dumbell workouts anyway.

Slow and steady progress, there may be a better way to go about it

What's the shortest amount of time that you can bulk to get results? Obviously you can

Thanks friend. I saw that thread, but still didn't find it that helpful.

Based on everything else I've read, you will NOT lose fat on lean bulking unless you're going through noob gains. I've read that you can gain muscle and lose fat super slowly with recomping though, so that's why I asked how slow it is.

Can I get mad mobility/flexibility like gymnasts from a bodybuilding routine? I do dips and pull-ups twice a week, what else can I add? I don't want to restrict myself to a calisthenics only routine cause I want to develop my body sort of fast too lel.

Just found out that all my jawline acne is caused by dairy. How to restructure my cutting diet? I eat the same thing everyday:

Mine does too. Right underneath in the tendon that connects my hamstring and calf. I just ignore it, but it is really annoying.

if you're trying simply to lift heavier, then yeah bulk. but do it slowly and gauge if you're getting fat.
