I recently started lifting early morning from 7am to 8am, then I leave to my work which is 9-6 and is only a desk job.

-I drink plenty of water
-My diet is 2500kal per day
-Two rest days per week

Why do I feel always tired throughout the day and during lifting?

I recently flunked out of CS, destroying my last chance at becoming upper middle class and a home owner. Gonna do a gay degree in biology and make websites instead. This means that I can no longer afford to be a fat ass. I actually have to look great to get women.
