I'm lifting using my curl bar for shit. Haven't seen too much visible improvement but lifting it has gotten way easier.

so I used to be a /fit/ fag, however I had to have several major surgeries to fix the fuckups from previous surgeries and basically had to quit exercising for half a year. As my full body mobility is still slightly restricted, alongside my rehabilitation exercises I was recommended to use muscle stimulator by my surgeon, saying his patients had very good results with compex sp 6.0. What is /fit/s opinion on muscle stimulation, and if it really works as described, is it a good idea to cheap out on compex and buy something chinese which does not cost 600 quid?
>tldr: does electic muscle stim work or is my surgeon just paid to endorse ridiculously expensive pieces of equipment?

Anyone else realise that Rich's tattoos are borderline genius?

The ones on his obliques are to draw attention to his middle and make him look more rectangular. His shoulders are cobwebs which are an expanding pattern and make them look bigger.

I'm 65 KG (130 lb) and 183cm (6'0). I think I'm a skinnyfat and decided to lift weights and started from 5 kg dumbells. Can I get a visible gain just by eating healtier and doing dumbell exercises? Thing is, all the fat goes to my thighs for some reason rather than my belly, so I'd rather to not gain any weight soon.

Do I need to gain any weight or can I just convert the fat to muscle for now? I can do 15-20 dumbell lifts if I push myself.

I think steroids have warped my view of physiques.

Is arms as big as your head feasible, reasonable, possible, or even desirable?

I see huge guys who take steroids who have achieved this, compared to natural greats who seem not to be able to (scooby/alpha destiny/omar isuf)

Fit is clearly the smallest group. Scrawny fuckers are probably the most common. Fatties are probably in the middle. It's impossible to tell. I can say that most of the people here are fucking stupid, so I doubt they're fit. Too much hurr bf%, bro splits, muh protein powder.
