Is benching 2pl8 for 3x8 enough ? Seriously I feel like my chest doesnt really need to get bigger than it already is. Seems like it's time to focus on my OHP, you can never have big enoug shoulders and triceps as a natty.

Anyone here also only doing the bench as a secondary movement and focusing on overhead stuff ? Can someone recommend a program I could use for that ? Most programs I see focus on Bench/Squat/DL instead of treating the OHP like a main lift.

you think I should focus on strict form or on adding weight primarily ? Currently I mostly do a mix of OHP, Band Facepulls and Lateral Raises. Apart from maybe the lateral raises I have pretty good form but I could certainly push harder and add weight if I wanted. The thing is I always do that stuff at the end of my workout or in the case of the OHP right after benching so intensity isnt as good as it could be I guess.

Are there any sawhorses that can be used for heavy rack pulls?
These adjustable sawhorses seem ideal for a portable limited space setup. They fold up to store away, adjust in height, have little notches to prevent the bar from rolling away.
They hold 1300 lbs per, 2600 total static load but can they withstand the dynamic load of an 800 lb rack pull dropping onto them from an upwards of a foot?

So, im not fat well i could´t call myself fat, but in your eyes i would probably look fat? big? People i meet see me as a huge buff guy but i have no defenitions.

I cba doing it the hard way..ive tried it, i lost 66 lbs in 2 years training 5 days to 6 days a week, not i dont have the money to do that, and i cba running on pavement.

Happens to every generation. I'm 6 foot and thought I was tall until about college, then realized how much taller everybody was. Each generation usually grows an inch or two due to selective breeding. At 6'2 you are probably right at or below your generations manlet cutoff, probably below.

/fit/, I have a question for you. I recently started working out and lifting weights, but I can't squat, I really wish I could, but I can't.

A couple of years ago I fucked my right knee up real bad. Got kicked in the knee while playing football and ended up damaging my meniscus and a ligament. I can walk fine and run decently, but I'm having problems putting weight on it while bending.

Now, it's not just squats, leg presses too and deadlifts are difficult. Leg curls are the only leg workout that's doable.
Anyway, is there any point in me even trying? Doctors said that if I don't want knee surgery I should take it easy on my knee, so 'just do squats bro' is not an option. I have naturally large legs, should I just try to maintain what I have by running and cycling?

Really don't want to become a 'dont skip legday bro' meme

Just keep doing different leg isolation exercises that you feel comfortable with.
Cycling is great too.
Idk about running since that's high impact and you have a bad knee but if it doesn't phase you then sure.

People here do not have the education to give you advice that will result in you not injuring yourself.

HOWEVER, this is NOT ADVICE and you should NOT TAKE IT, HOWEVER, you can easily look up the blogs of people who suffered things like complete ACL tears, had it repaired and went back to heavy lifting, and see what their recovery plan and exercises were. Things like lunges and pistols are heavy parts of recovreing knee strength.

I have a torn PCL and cannot do knee power exercises.
