I do PPL but shoulders on push is negatively impacting my chest gains so I moved shoulders to legs day but I'm not sure if it's better or worse, since legs/shoulders and second push days follow each other without rest day and therefore second push/chest day still suffers from the previous day. So what I do is wed is a light shoulders day and more focused on legs, but saturday I can do the opposite. Do what works for you.

I'm a fatty. I gained about 20kgs in about 8 months from a combination of depression, lack of discipline and inactivity. I'm 20 years old, 5'9 and about 92kg. My question is, my birthday is coming up in October, and I don't want to be a fatty for what could be one of the more memorable moments in my life. My question is, how much weight can I realistically lose in about 4 months? I can stick to a training regime without too much trouble( I used to cycle competitively, training 15-20 hours a week), but I struggle with diet. What do I need to do?

A: Maxing days (mon-fri)
x5 15 pound curls
x5 pushups
×5 chest-ups
×5 pushups
1 5 second hold
Repeat 3 times, then add 5 pounds and do again
B: (rest days)
(Do everything in A without the pushups)
By the way "chest ups" are when you bring the bar to your chest, and a 5 second hold is when you bring it up to your chest and hold it there

I prefer 3 but stimulus is stimulus. Results are dependent onl progressive overload so if you are utilising that properly it doesn't matter.
Are cheap exercise bikes worth it?
I have some Major surgery soon and want my cardiovascular system to be as good as possible but my towns a high crime shithole making running or cycling a bit of a risk
I'd recommend an airbike since it can warm up the upper body as well.
