If I'm fat will I still get gains if I eat on a cut since im fat? My lifts are improving rapidly due to noob gains, but idk if I should be cutting or bulking. I want to keep improving my lifts.

Depends on if you are trying to lose weight. If you are then don't bulk. If you don't care about being a fatty and are just trying to put up big ass numbers then you should maintain weight until your lifts stall, and then bulk

Your lifts wont stall because you're a beginner. Cut down to your goal weight and then bulk to get stronger after that. Bulking to become more ripped is a meme and you never put on enough muscle mass to make it worth it.

New to /fit/. Just read the pinned post. If I want to get rid of the skinnyfat, am I supposed to eat more and exercise to make it muscle or eat less to lower % bodyfat?

I just put on muscle and watch the amount of food I eat. No shakes, don't even follow a diet. Just try to eat as many eggs and veges as I can. Avoid bread and potatoes.

Here was my routine.
Monday:, Chest back, abs, mile walk and run (built my endurance up to run more) with 20 minute bike ride
tuesday: shoulders arms, legs, cardio same as monday
Wensday: cardio again abs
Thursday; chest back legs cardio
Friday: shoulders arms abs cardio

Weekend, just light cardio like a bike ride or something or just rest

Anytime Fitness.

No stupid classes, 24/7, most have a decent selection of equipment. Cost is competitive. Lack of stupid Zumba/Yoga/Cardio classes and no swimming pool or shit like that tends to keep out retards too.

Plus locations all over the US, and you can use your gym card at any of them so if you move you probably don't need to worry about switching gyms.

I'm epileptic. I have refractory epilepsy. Basically nothing stops my seizures and I have tried all the first line anticonvulsants and a huge number of shit that's not usually given for seizures to try and stop them. So basically I was brain dead for a few years and got fat as fuck even though I barely ate thanks to the medication.

I gained over a hundred pounds. I've lost 50lbs so far just by stopping most of the medication. I had to because the last few years I can't remember a single complete day and I was about to fail school.

So... I am going to try CBD oil (and bud once I get this court shit out of the way because I had a seizure while driving) and a keto diet to see if that helps.

I've read keto is actually probably the fastest way to lose fat and not muscle when you have a BMI (as I do now) then when you get to a low body fat % it starts to eat muscle. Keto was originally designed for epileptic children but works in some adults. So I want to try it with the CBD oil and an emergency shot of a benzo in case of a seizure because no medications (I'm already on a high enough dose of a benzo that a dozen different doctors refused to see me so I am tapering down and trying and will only use it when I know a seizure is coming on or I am in one) have stopped my seizures and the seizures and meds affect my memory drastically. Place I am moving to because I cannot drive now has a gym in it with free weights so I'll be able to lift in there.

I was planning on just drinking whey shakes with Amazing Grass Green Superfood all day to meet my calorie count. I was planning on adding copious amounts of olive oil, coconut oil, or MCT oil for the fat and to get the calories I need. Too much protein however will take you out of ketogenisis. What exactly would the macro ratio for Fat/Protein/Carb? Obviously under 20g of carbs, but how do I balance the fat and protein for a recomp while remaining in keto (which I hope will help my epilepsy)?

I plan to do a carb refeed every two weeks or so.

I am also on testosterone replacement therapy. I get a mix of test cyp and pro and HCG. I take a pill of anastrazole throughout the day. I am only 25. I am wondering if I should add clomid or nolva? I do want to have kids eventually... I've been on TRT for almost two years now with only taking test, HCG, and anastrazole. Should I add a SERM in to make sure my natural production doesn't cease even though I will be still getting weekly test/HCG shots?

I might also add in a few other roids when I get to a lower body fat and some muscle back. Probably nothing derivative of DHT though, since I noticed I was losing a lot of hair until I got on Dutesteride. Would being on SERM while cruising on Test and other roids be a bad idea?

I kind of what to go to a fertility clinic and make sure I haven't gone infertile being injected with test and only an estrogen blocker and DHT blocker. I am hoping adding a SERM would prevent infertility or maybe I'd have to freeze some sperm if it's not too late.

And once I get to a low enough body fat, I'll use DNP. I'll use clen when I notice a slow down then when I hit a plateau at a low bf% I'll bring out the DNP.

Lastly, I was planning on doing Ice Cream version of StrongLifts again, or has the winds changed and there is a new fad out? I'm bit outdated after a few years with no brain activity.

I am also considering switching from dutesteride to finesteride so not all 3 DHT pathways are blocked so I will still have some DHT which is a stronger than test and crosses the blood brain barrier.
