Can someone show me a basic workout routine? I have no idea where to start (which machine, how many reps etc. )
I got a bypass surgery a few months ago, losing a lot of weight, and want to minimize the damage to my chest and belly mainly. So those are the areas i want to focus on. Arms, back and shoulders are secondary.

OP, I have broad shoulders. But my hips are proportionately very wide. I have a body shape like an underlined V.
So a friend who'se a blacksmith made me an adjustable weight KB out of an old dumbbell i had and some iron he had. He also gave me some weird diameter weights that can't fit through a normal barbell.
I am planning of doing only KB exercises at home.
What i want to ask is, does the mechanic of the deadlift change too much if i lift from between the legs, instead of in front of the legs(like a barbell would). I can attach the weights to the KB using chains, i have about 150kg of metal.
If people want to, i can post a picture of the KB.

For example, I know a guy who is 6'3 with a huge rib cage, thick wrists, etc. He never works out or does sports, but he's can bench 200lbs for reps just like that. He's been to the gym with me a few times and once I taught him proper form he could squat and DL over 300 with zero lifting experience. Too bad he couldn't be assed to continue lifting with me.

Yes. Benzos fuck up your lifts bro. You can get away with taking a short acting one like temazepam or oxazepam to sleep at night and lift fine the next day after midday, but alprazolam lasts for over 12 hours. At least it does for me. Sleep it off.
Also, never mix uppers with downers. That's how people stop breathing
Whenever I take benzos I don't feel shit, I hear about people saying they feel drunk or just otherwise feel nice on them but I don't feel anything, I don't want to end up dependant on benzos but I really want to at least feel it, I've felt almost every other drug.

Hey, what's a good calisthenic guide/channel/routine.
I've been alternating pull-ups and dips after my runs about five days a week for about three months now. I can 20 underhanded chin ups, 15 overhand pull-ups, and 18 dips (all bodyweight). I can plank for about 3 minutes give or take a little.

by doing one arm pullup negatives/weighted pullups and plenty of wall handstand trying to take feet away from the wall. after you achieve few seconds try it without wall, you can supplement it with headstand

started 4 months ago had terrible chest pain after doing OHP. turned out it was heartburn then bunch of food started giving me pain that i ended up in the er.
did a bunch of testing lost 30lbs and now doctor says im fucked.
