I'm sure there's some archived mega thread about it, there's a lame reddit about it too. Maximizing muscle growth without refeeding carbs for glycogen is pretty pointless in my opinion. And if you're going to refeed carbs like a weekly basis why not just quit keto and bulk like a normal.

I don't do when I do keto, I just put a tablespoon of glucose in my pre-workout coffee.
So I've just started SS and I'm pretty good, everything works fine except Bench press. The problem I have is that once I put enough of weight the part between my forearm and my upper arm (I'm not sure that is it my joint) is hurting. I only get this once I lift but at home everything is fine and cool. I only get this if I do any push exercise but I fear if I continue to bench more I get some lasting damage.
How do I prevent this or any possible joint problems in the future?

Not really no.
Though it depends on posture.
If you have a forward shoulder posture, then they probably will show more than normal.
A lot of bench bros have this posture because their disproportionately large chest pulls their shoulders forward.
If you're talking about the relaxed pose in bodybuilding contests, then no. The competitors are essentially trying to flex as much as possible without making it look obvious that they are flexing, which is why their lats are flared. Arnie had a quote about this, where he mentioned that bodybuilders nowadays are given a lot more leeway than competitors in his time with regards to the "relaxed" pose.

if it hurts just where your triceps attaches to your elbow you may have upset some tendons or ligament.

Probably tendonitis. (1) Stretch. Triceps, forearms, and biceps. That will help. (2) Don't overwork. The second it starts hurting, stop (I'm guessing it hurts while you're doing some type of push exercise). That will also help. (3) Rest. Maybe skip a day or three. (4) Tiger Balm. It's almost miraculous.

Check your form.
Avoid doing this on /fit/, but find a decent bodybuilding/powerlifting forum and post a video of your squats, they'll be able to point out issues.That's assuming you don't have a bro who is qualified to help in person.
As for mobility, just squat. Keep squatting, even with just the empty bar, until you can do it properly and it feels natural.
Also, don't put too much weight on, hence why I suggested the empty bar. Most form and mobility issues are caused by lifting too heavy too soon.

I just ate 3 entire cups of oats mixed with 4 scoops of protein and it was the most difficult thing I've ever done in my life. How do people maintain an appetite with this amount of food? I'm looking into different diets and i think the Vince Gironda diet? I think that's a diet i could stick with and I've heard good things about it. If i were to do that diet i would supplement with vitamins
