I've managed to get my weight down from 143lb to 119lb by starving myself (I'm 5.6). I want to gain atleast 15lbs back in pure muscle while getting healthy again.

Guide me /fit/

At what point should I seriously consider using anabolics? After ~8 months of research and ~1.5 years liftan I'm seriously looking at them as more of a shortcut than a way to leave humanity behind.

Is being aero dynamic important if you want to lift heavier weights? I recently started shaving all of my body hair, but it didnt really make a big difference. I've considered buying a full body elastic suit so it can smoothen out curves that Make me less aero dynamic when i lift. What are your thoughts, /fit/?

Tbh im not that fat now. Ised to be 108kg now down to 93kg in 2months at 178cm. Just the leg machines are utter shit at my gym and since i carried a lot of extra weight over the years probably i dont need leg day as much as skellys.

If you're an adult that doesn't make a living through some type of sport, "athleticism" is a meme. Stop wasting your time worrying about how explosive or agile you are. When you're in the gym, worry about getting bigger, stronger, or improving endurance or mobility (if you lack a sufficient amount of it). Anything else is a bullshit waste of time. If you participate in some kind of physical activity as a hobby or whatever, go and do it, but don't do some hippie shit in the gym expecting it to carryover because it won't.

Humans are still animals and should strive to be strong, fast, athletic, all that shit. Obviously though, lifting weights in a muggy gym all week is wasteful. Do outdoors shit, use your strength from the gym to move further or higher or faster.

So in order to hit my caloric goals while eating clean, I've started eating seeds and nuts.

Specifically, I have 50g sunflower seeds in my morning oats, and I blend 100g peanuts into my end of day protein shake.

This morning, upon inspecting my poop, I noticed that it contained a lot of partially digested nuts - very noticeable, in fact.

My query is about how efficiently my body can actually digest these seeds/nuds. Am I actually getting the 567 calories, ~18g protons as highlited in its nutritional value per 100g?

Is there something I should eat to aid digestion of these items?

Its because there's a limit to the amount of protein the body can absorb at once. But its generally a lot higher than people think. I take in protein 5 times a day, spaced about 2-3 hours apart

Apparently the issue is that as I blended them, I was just gulping them down, when in actuality they require a lot more chewing.

Had it since 19, multiple possible causes.
Tried the usual "just use letro, anon, kill your oestrogen" but this was years later, and it doesn't do shit.
Normies normally cant tell, even friends who lift can't unless I tell them to press it to check.
I leaning forward I look shit, and flexing you can see where it isn't muscle.
