What am I doing wrong bros, or is this normal? All my other lifts are progressing further and I am able to do more and more push ups every week.

You're making excuses for yourself, go see a doctor about the frequency of you falling I'll and try to sort a time where you can make sure you're not busy. Beyond that you can't further control over your gym schedule.

Thanks for the reply. I don't go to the gym, I have most of the needed equipment at the basement of our building. (We turned it into a "lowcost gym".)

And I used to make excuses for myself, but I actually LOVE working out. Especially running. I wanted to yesterday for example, but my parents forced me doing chores and then I had to go and came back too tired (00:00AM) to jog.

Also, the frequency is at least once a month. I also suffer from sleeping problems & migraines on a random basis.

Hey /fit/, I need help and I figured that this would be the best place to ask

I'm quitting soda and decided to drink more water. Lately I've been buying bottled water but I hear that it's not good for you. Not sure if that's true or just an overstatement.

To get to the point, what is the best kind of water to drink?

I've been searching around about these things and everyone seems to have something different to recommend about them.

What's a good starting routine for them? What's a good goal to reach for? As a dude, how do you tell you're doing them right and hitting the right muscle group?

How do I get faster /fit/? Im obese at 240 pounds at 6', and my body fat percentage is at 27. Ive been running on a treadmill at the beggining of my workouts for at least a half hour for cardio. In 3 months i went from going 2 miles in 30 minutes to 2 miles in 25 minutes, but my progress is slow. I wanna be able to do 2 miles in 20 minutes and eventually 2 miles in 16 minutes, but there must be someway to achieve this faster. Is there a particular way to diet for speed or is there something i need to add to my workouts? Help pic unrelated

Depends on how much you're willing to shell out. A decent power rack plus the bars and weight is pricey. Easier to dump a gym membership than to sell off all the equipment you bought.

It's fine. Just 2 things:

Only ever eat that stuff if you are bulking. It is insanely calorie dense

Buy the good stuff. Avoid anything packed with sugar and oil ie: nutella
Otherwise yeah enjoy ur bulk.
