I've already reduced my diet to low-fat, low-carb food and take in less calories than I consume. Already lost a LOT of belly fat and love handles. Slight manboobs still present and not going away.
Skinny fat is not a weight problem it's a hormone problem . Your prob eating meat with hormone injections and using plastics . Simply stop using these things to stop skinny fat.
