Yesterday was chest and tri. I did my usual set which includes incline dumbbell fly and partial chest fly. Went to storage unit today and out of nowhere my shoulder started to hurt. This was about ten hours ago, and it still hurts. I didn't notice any pain until I was at the storage unit though. Is this pain DOMS related, or did I pull something without realizing it?

You pulled something in your joint. I have the same thing right now. Shoulders fine but when weight is applied and it's going through a range of motion, it kills. Just take it easy for a week or two and try some flys to see if it's still sore. No pain = good to go.
