>consuming more cigarettes per day than calories
Are you french?
>Knees no longer ache after the first 4 weeks of squats.
Feels good man.
ok
my chin wrinkle (under the bottom lip) smells gross when i rub it. any way to fix this? quick google search says just to wash face better, which i already do at least twice a day, and to stop eating gluten, which sounds sus to me. i get slightly greasy skin elsewhere like around the nose, but not anywhere close to smelling as bad.
>everyone says they are two or three inches taller than they actually are
>when someone says they are 6ft on /fit/ they're actually 5'10 or 5'9
I understand why this board calls average or above average height people "manlets" now. It all comes from your own insecurity.

hi
how is working in the mines?
is it true that your kind can smell gold?
tell me something about your dwarfking
/fit/ is way too obsessed with height, they'll never make it.
Nigga who cares. I'm 6'4" and do you think my height helped me even once in my life? I'm still an autistic fuck, the height doesn't help.
Sure, I had one girl saying how she liked how tall I was and whatever but she was all kinds of fucked in the head and liked everything about me for some reason. She basically cheated on my a year later so... yeah.
red pill me on subway /fit/
Their meats are processed, are at least 80% water and sodium and made to be preserved, so there's not benefit eating subway unless you want empty calories and a lot of sodium
I am trying to keep unnecessary sugar, espacially concentrated fructose out of my diet. But in the past I have made good results with post workout vitargo supplemantation. Is vitargo as bad as fructose / sugar for the body / liver? I guess i would supp like 50-70g of vitargo after a work session. Does vitargo cause a high insulin reaction as well?
Dude
Help a DYEL out.

Why bother with creatine if you dont lift? Just get your creatine from your protein source because that is all you need.
BTW the girl in the OP is dating an asian guy now.
Bump for personal reasons. 5 years lifter here, being more serious this last 18 months. Just ordered my first bottle of creatine and reading some about it, what am I in for? Do I have to cicle it like 2-3 weeks in 1 out? Welp.
>>41875747
Why don't you go to examine.com and read about it? You don't cycle it, do you even know what it is?
5g/day every day, you can load for 5-7 days with 20g/day and then maintain 5g/day but it's not necessary, remember to drink lots of water because some water will go to your muscles and it may dehydrate you.
>start lifting bro
>make sure you squat bro
>do nofap bro
Thank you /fit/ you bunch of wankers I now have a hernia
>>41875227
How do you get a hernia from nofap?
>>41875227
>He fell for the squat meme
>the squat made your test rise
>you've become horny as fuck and wanted to fap
>didn't wanted to cum to lose gains
>fapped and strained your core to keep semen inside
>your guts explode
That's how it happened, right?
am i the og /skinnyfat stoner/?
6'3; 160lbs; moderate workout twice a week; about 15-20km of cycling a day
try to eat about 2500kcal a day (sometimes i dont make it because of work. I am able to gain weight but that is when I feel full and disgusting 24/7 (think 3 warm meals and sugary snacks in betweeen eg winter holidays)
I read some research where it states that long-term cannabis abuse can affect the insulin cycle and all kinds of other hormonal changes related to how stoners process food differently, is it a meme?
TL;DR Tips for hardcore stoners who cant put on a gram of weight.
Why does it look like the bottom half of you has been cropped and then replaced with another abdomin?
probably because of the small gap between torso and elbow
>15-20km cycling a day
>2500 or less kcal a day
lmao
Do more strength training and eat more. If you cycle that much every day you´ll need at least 3000 kcals to gain any weight.
If you feel full fast eat kalorie dense food like nuts or oatmeal.
Hi, are you working out?
I thought it would be funny because we're already in the gym
>stretch marks from all the gains
AHUUUYAAH!
Things that make you feel big thread
NEVER take advice from anyone on 4chan of all places, unless they post an impressive physique. You don't want little Timmy who've been lifting for 8 months, barely gracing begginer gains, telling you the benefits and dangers of certain workout regimes.
>note: I don't have an impressive physique, but this is the exception to the rule.
>it's really just common fucking sense.
>>41874949
Not strictly true.
Just because you don't have an impressive body, doesn't mean you can't know the answers to some of the basic shit that gets asked here on a daily basis.
>beginner gains last 8 months
oh hell yeah gainstown here i come
>>41874949
>t. some guy who fell for some blatantly shitty advice and got memed on
Recently was given my brothers barbell (6ft 15kg but w/e) and just over 200kg of plates. Don't have a rack/bench and can't really afford one for the foreseeable future but would like to get back into lifting. You guys any ideas for a beginner routine with no rack?
