There's a fine line between doing that and getting yuge and doing that and getting fat

Doing PPL (basically brosplit where everything is worked twice a week) around 30-35 sets total each day. It mixes strength, hypertrophy, and endurance so sets of 5, 8-12, and 15-20.

I usually eat around ~3000 calories and have maintained being a skinny. All clean food not even memeing; the most impure thing I have is chewing gum to stop me from smoking.

Should I change anything after hopping on aside from calorie intake?

Hey, /fit/. I was in the marching band and
marched alto sax. At the time I was a pretty spooky skeleton and the only physical exercise I got was marching and lifting my instrument. I ended up having a much larger left shoulder muscle and horrible neck posture from letting the sax hang from the neck strap. It's beginning to hurt pretty consistently. Any exercises/stretches you'd recommend to rehabilitate? Should I specifically work out my neck, and how should I work out to equalize my right and left shoulders? Thanks.

Hello fit,
Ive been on a calorie deficit for quite a while now and am finally at a weight I'm comfortable with. If I stop the deficit but instead start eating to my maintenance calories, will my weight/body composition change at all or will I simply stay the same?
The reason I ask is because I have now got abdominal definition but I'm worried this would change if I started eating a bit more

Is there any possibility that this preworkout supplement could show up for anything positive on a drug test, and if so for how long? I am currently in a particular job that does not allow any supplement use while holding a student level status so it would be beneficial to know

What's the worst injury you've had while lifting?

I dropped about 200lb on my chest today during bench after my hand slipped. I went to the emergency room and luckily only suffered a bruised sternum.

apart from falling into the keto meme eating a deficit while still working out will not make you gain fat. either you were deluded in how much muscle you had or its just excessive loose skin making you look fatter than you are.

Are Core workouts a myth? Do I need to work my core for them to look nice or hitting deadlifts pretty much work them?

If you're a fat fuck (almost 30% body fat) who's been lifting for a year. Could you still get stronger when cutting all the fat and still improve the number on my lifts? Will I get weaker around the 10-12% body fat area?

you eat a caloric surplus on days you lift, and a deficit on days you dont.

its easier to just cut down really far then do lean gains. you cant really put on mass and lose fat, it requires a caloric surplus.
