It's bullshit. It makes no difference. It's just yogurt companies cashing in on hippie bullshit.

good ones work. but they're more expensive and usually need to be refrigerator.
if you aren't having digestive issues just stick with yogurt and fresh sauerkraut. digestive enzymes are a cheaper start tho

I need to lose 10ish kg, as I've already bulked for about 4 years. In either case, I was thinking about fasting after seeing this video. What do you guys think?

I don't see the harm in it, people have been fasting since people became people either voluntarily for spiritual/religious purposes, or involuntarily due to no available food. Our bodies are pretty damn good at it - just like the video describes.

I've heard that if they go on for a long time you need to supplement electrolytes, but I've never personally fasted for more than a couple of days, or even looked into it so I'm not sure how true that is.
>>
>>41895543
I'm thinking about doing a week, then just a regular week of eating at TDEE and then restarting the fasting.

Check out Eat. Stop. Eat by Brad Pilon

Gist of it 1-2 24-hour fasts per week. Eating regularly on non fast days (don't overdo it with nothing but junk food, obviously). And lift.

I like it because I get to eat all my favorite foods, not calorie count, and enjoy seeing the fat go away while I'm maintaining/building muscle. You can expect to lose roughly 1-2 lbs per week. 2 times a week is pretty good for getting rid of fat quicker, whereas 1 time a week would be slower or used for maintaining weight (or slowly building mass).

I recommend it.

How long do you hold a stretch for? I see 20 seconds up a few minutes. Also how many sets?

I have a lower back injury from over a year ago and hoping stretching my lower back and hips will help the pain go away.

Doing dynamic warm ups is better, but with a back injury I don't know, ask a doctor.
>>
>>41895263

Not before working out. I'm just saying in general, for flexibility and in my case my injury.
>>
>>41895057
I didn't follow the reccomened time for stretching. Let alone I didn't have any injuries when stretching so it might depend. I held stretches for 10 minutes at a time. I'm a gymnast and was still told the time was only 30 seconds max. After not stretching for about 2 years plus I'm still very flexible and can do splits. But it may be excessive. So don't go crazy like I did.

Assuming you wasn't born with Chad genetics (just the average of your race), how hard would it be to reach the top 10% (less alone the top 20%) of your entire city, much less your country?

Is it possible?

Is reaching the top 15% males of your country good enough?
