When I was walking to the underground station from my office job near very famous landmarks, I saw a woman posing for a selfie in front of a famous building. I counted my outlook calendar and saw that I've skipped about 9 social events since I started work in May. I ran out of things to say the one time I went to lunch with someone in my first week. I like the rear foot supported bulgarian split squat because it keeps your back leg's knee from touching down with the ground. Reverse lunges are alright too.

Here's my problem /fit/: I am trying to put on weight. Currently doing chest/tri, back/bi, and legs/shoulders split. Mostly focused on heavy compound exercises. My lifts are going up, my muscles are more defined, but my weight remains nearly unchanged. Am I not eating enough? Or if I'm focused on weight/mass should I not be doing heavy compounds?

I have my first 10k I'm training for that's in early august. The hope is to steadily increase my running distances each week until I get to 7 miles and then work on running 6 faster. Right now I am on 5 miles.
My problem is that it's also track season and I am looking to improve on my sprint times. I run the 100 and 200. Fortunately this ends 2 weeks before the 10k.
I am finding it extremely difficult to train correctly for both the sprints and the 10k. I would love to commit 3 days to running distance, but I also want to get 2 sprint practices in too (per week). Working out either group on consecutive days though seems to be yielding not the greatest results.
Does anyone have any advice or related personal experience they can share?

I've read the FAQ and such, I'm still kinda scared to start.
There's no gym near me so can fit help me build a starter routine? I've never done fitness before but once I reached 20 stone (127kg) I cut the carbs out, I cut most sugars out, started walking and drinking a lot more (only) water.
Now I'm stuck at 15 stone with barely any cardio or muscle structure and fat. I work late each night so I need something I can do past midnight for an hour or two without waking anyone (23 live with parent because university student) I'm still smoking but each day I smoke the less I'm enjoying it so now I'm at a time I want someone to tell me "This is how YOU progress because I'VE done it" not some wank YouTube video.
Been on 4chan for a good 9 years and this maybe my second time on fit so be careful with me.
I have some home weights (I think they're dumbbells best way I can describe them is two metal rods with weights for each)
If that describing didn't clue you in to how new I am to training I'm not sure what will.

Get an eating plan. Lots of veggies.
Get up earlier and go for a run.
