Hey /fit/, new to this board.
Used to be a fat fuck, but thanks to a combination of diet changing and exercise I'm quickly shedding it all.
I've lost more than a stone over the last few months and I'm getting visibly thinner every few days.
However, once I hit my target of 12 stone (I'm 6'1 don't judge) I'm going to have to start from scratch. Thanks to mountain biking 5+ days a week, my legs are all muscle, but it's left me with shit arms and everything else. What does /fit/ recommend? Preferably without gym, as I have weights and am seriously lacking in money

Right now I go MWF, do SS with some added upper body and core. With a summer schedule I can go every day now if I wanted, is that better or will I just fail my lifts?

You shouldnt train the same muscle 2 days in a row because rest is a real thing that your body needs. A PPL or brosplit would allow you to lift 6x a week but you would have to get off of SS.

I was cutting for most of my first year of college last year, and now that I'm leaner, I've been bulking at right around 3000 calories (though I'm going to bring it down to 2800, I'm putting on weight too quickly). Here's my problem: I was really unhappy for most of the school year, and I kind of attributed my state of "not being okay" to cutting too hard. But now that I'm in a surplus, getting stronger, and still feeling tired and depressed all the time, I think it might be a bigger issue.
I've always been reluctant to get help, though. I don't like the idea of seeing a therapist, labeling my personality traits as depression, and I especially don't want to take meds.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?

My doctor told me not to lift anything what could damage my back, so I didn't do squats, deadlift, ohp. Basically just chest and arms. Three days ago i did some sit-ups and my back hurts as hell. What do I do?
